The information on the audio can be read on the plaques at The Perth Mint for free. The tour advertisement said The Perth Mint tour started at 9am. I thought that strange but COVID might be the reason. When we arrived we saw the entry gate did not open until 9.30. The trip advisor information did not say that this price did not include the tour with the staff inside which for 3 of us with 2 concessions was $53. The Perth Mint tour that invludes entry to the exhibits and watching a liive gold pour began at 10.30. It is not necessary to buy tickets in advance. I felt cheated because I paid twice. The supervisor at reception said your website is not current .The advertised cafe has not bee open sine last March . I would really like my money back. Stel Wel is my trip advisor reviewer name
