Departing Melbourne at around midday, you'll travel to Victoria's most colourful attraction, the iconic Brighton Beach bathing boxes for an opportunity to visit the beach and take some time to admire these historic landmarks.**

Get up close to koalas and other Australian animals at the Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park under supervision from the incredible staff at the Sanctuary. Watch a wildlife show and even have the chance to hand feed cute Wallabies and Kangaroos!

The highlight of your Phillip Island experience will begin at dusk as you watch the fairy penguins waddling up the beach into their burrows in the sand dunes.

Tour was well run. Chris N was a good guide. The penguins were amazing but the stops before fun and worthwhile.

Chris our guide was very informative and knowledgeable. I liked it was a small group, I was a solo traveler and Chris kindly offered to take some photos for me. Short stop at Brighton beach, to be honest nothing spectacular apart from taking a look at the huts. Moonlit Sanctuary isn't very big, saw all the animals I was hoping to see, kangaroos and koalas etc. It was a warm day so they were fairly sleepy but still a great experience, we were there just over an hour and that was plenty long enough. We had a couple is scenic stops on the way to Philip Island, the penguin parade was amazing to see. A long day, back into Melbourne city just after 11pm, I would say good value for money especially on your own to cover so much in one day.

We went for 2 tours with GoWest in early November. Both were really awesome and unforgettable! We joined the tour "Phillip Island Penguin, Brighton Beach, Moonlit Sanctuary" with Terry. He is humorous and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed talking with Terry about everything including our previous travel experience in different countries. And I did learn a lot! Also Moonlit Sanctuary is a great place to see a lot of animals. :D Thank you Go West Tours for the fantastic tours!

We had the best time doing the penguins tour. Chris's knowledge was excellent. Very informative and helpful with any requests. His choice of music on the bus was great. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience on this tour by Go West Tour. Our guide Aaron made tour experience memorable. The Koala at Moonlit Sanctuary was a bonus! If you are planning to take a photo with Koala then Moonlit has a nice arrangement, you pay fee for per person for the photo at Moonlit, so account for that.

The tour is very well thought through and the schedule gives you enough time to enjoy all the attractions but does not have any extra waiting time so you definitely don't get bored. All the stops are great and different and the tour guide was very helpful & friendly and knew so many little details about the city and the attractions. I recommend!

The whole trip was enjoyable even though it was raining and v cold. Chris made the trip so enjoyable as if he was seeing everything for the first time and his enthusiasm was infectious. The little penguins came on time and we enjoyed the moon lit sanctuary also. However the beach was too cold...even tho Chris tried to get us interested we ran back to the coach..brrr

This trip was fantastic! It was great to get out of the city and see some of the nature that Melbourne area has to offer. Chris N was our driver and guide. He was very knowledgeable. The favorite stop (other than the penguins) was Moonlit Sanctuary.

I initially thought I would see a big penguins walking past in front of us sitting, but it turns out the penguins are very small, it's hard to see from far in the dark, but very cute and adorable

Chris N was an amazing tour guide and you could tell he loved his job! He made it very enjoyable and informative. The penguins was a magical experience! You need to get the penguins plus as I was a metre away from them. Wish we spent some more time at the sanctuary but overall it was an amazing tour!!
