We didn't take the Dinner cruise because when we arrived there, nicely dressed, we found something completely different we booked. The ship was a horrible one with benches, completely opened, the staircases to reach the horrible ship where impossible for my wife with her high heels, it was dirty everywhere. Nothing to do with the pictures you showed in the advertisement. We felt deceived and extremely disappointed so we asked the driver to take us back to the hotel. Nevermore us, our family, our friends and all the people we know will buy anything from Viator. We are going to claim what you charged us.

The cruise itself was good. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The driver that picked us up from the hotel Mr Kimtan, I think that's what he told me when I asked for his name, even came on the boat with us. He was very helpful in making sure my husband can get on the boat okay as he is 65yrs old. Also, the staffs on the boat were very helpful in letting my husband on and off the boat. The only issue I have when we sat on the table the waiter asked us if we want something to drink. He gave us a menu of drinks. I looked at the sodas no price attached next to it. I assumed it was included on the dinner. The alcoholic beverages has prices on them. It was my fault I did not ask. But the waiter should have informed us that soda is not included on the dinner, only bottled water. There was no mention of bottled water so I thought soda came with it. It was a surprised at the end of the dinner a can of soda was $3. So if you go on this cruise, make sure to ask bottled water if you don't want to pay $3 on a can of soda. They served cold foods which are not appetizing at all. It was only the rice that was hot on their entree. Everything was cold just like the salad, followed by a cold bbq on the stick I think it was chicken and very dry. The chicken curry was a little bit warm. No thank you on their food. The cruise itself was fun and relaxing. I gave then 3 rating on the food but I give them 5 the cruise itself.
