- If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
- If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
- If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
- Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
- Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

Leave large backpacks in your room, bring only essentials (wallet, ID)
Meet your photographer 10 minutes earlier than the tour starting time at your hotels reception if you booked through your hotel. If your hotel is located outside Budapest, the meet up point is at Kelet Csillaga Teahouse (Semmelweis street 1-3) close to Astoria.
About the photo tour:
Tour route may vary depending on daylight conditions, and traffic changes. We seek to include both must-see venues and off-the-beaten track routes.
Spend 60 minutes of photography which requires walking ca. 2km or 3 miles.
If you feel unable to complete this, please inform us to provide a short tour but you may miss some main sights.
The tour is a one hour long walking tour. Please allocate us an additional half an hour of your time, allowing us show you your photos after the photo tour.
End of photo tour:
We end the photo tour in a cafe or tea house. You have the opportunity to view the photo album in a few minutes after the end of your photo tour.
Your album will contain 15 edited digital photos. We send you a link with your album that you can check immediately if you have a smart device, and share on social media at once.
Provide an e-mail address to receive your digital photos. We do not engage in printing.
Remember to download your photos, as we are not authorized to store your photos beyond 5 days.
