Overview
Enjoy a Big5 game drive in the Pilanesberg National Park. You have the option of choosing between an open game viewing vehicle or a closed vehicle. An experienced guide who knows the park and the best spots to possibly find the different animals will show you as many of the species Pilanesberg has to offer as possible.Know More about this tour
En route to the Pilanesberg National Park a breakfast stop is made in the Hartbeespoort area, the trip to Pilanesberg usually takes about 3 hours.
After check-in at the gate, immediately start your day's game drives. Although one will not cover the entire park in one day, Pilanesberg National Park has on more than one occasion showed guests the big 5 in a one day safari. The game drive lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours. After the morning game drive we stop at an open air restaurant in the middle of the park for lunch.
After lunch there is another game drive before heading back to Johannesburg.

Excellent tour. Very knowledgeable guide who has vast information about wild animals and how to spot them. I saw the same amount of animals I have seen in Kruger and would highly recommend to any one who needs a closer day trip and safari experience from Johannesburg.
