I had an excellent day trip with a very caring and funny tour guide Peter T. Everything is on track and I enjoyed all the activities. The only pity part is that I only saw 2 dolphins that day... but even without dolphins, the sea view is so fantastic and definitely worth seeing.

My husband and I went on this excursion yesterday and it was excellent! Not only did John S show us some tricks to navigating Sydney before leaving toward Port Stephens, he explained the history of each area in a way that keeps everyone's interest. The reptile park was fun, but my two highlights of the tour were dolphin watching and sand boarding. (Note that the reptile park does have many native species including koala, not just reptiles!) John S. gave us some food selection and dolphin watching tips which proved to be imperative in maximizing our experiences at Port Stephens. John S. also gave us great food suggestions for Sydney including a great Japanese pub that was one of highlights of our time in the city. We also had a great time sandboarding despite me being a bit afraid of heights. This is an excellent excursion and if you have the chance to do so (especially with John S.), definitely check this out!

I liked this trip. It as been a great guide, who took very good care of us and could teach us a lot of the surrounding. We have been very lucky and saw many dolphines and even a sea turtle. For My personal Feeling, I think the Timing was very tight. We could not even stop for toilettes, but needed to use the Toilette in the Bus and I like rather smaller Groups. We have been 38 People. If you dont mind that, I would give even 4 out of 5 stars.

Great day out. Reptile Park, dolphin watching, 4WD and sandboarding were all excellent. Long day with a lot of driving, but if you know that beforehand, you'll be fine. Highly recommended :)

What a fantastic day, with a great guide. He made it so much fun. I loved it. Especially the dolphin tour. We were lucky enough to see a Southern Right whale which was just stunning.
-
For the most part we enjoyed the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the encounter with the koalas and kangaroos. The other parts of the park were good too. The dolphin watching was a bust. We hardly saw any dolphins. However, the boat ride was enjoyable. The sandboarding was good but a bit rushed.

This tour was very fun and you definitely get your money's worth. The park you go to is the Featherdale Wildlife Park. Included in this tour is a koala encounter, where you can pet and take photos with koalas in small groups. Here you can also feed and pet kangaroos, but watch out for the ostriches, they'll try to steal the food from you! The group is pretty large, so try to get to the koalas first, or you'll end up waiting in line for a long time, and then the kangaroos will be full and less interested when you feed them. The sandboarding was really fun as well. It is like sledding in the sand, and you have beautiful views of the coast and the dunes. Do expect to be with a large group for the day, and combine with other tours for the sand dunes. The crowds won't stop you from having a great experience though. Another tip: make sure to get a spot at the front of the boat for dolphin watching. This is where most of the dolphins will come up close to the boat, but it will get crowded once the dolphins appear, so go there as soon as you're on board to get the best view.

Abwechslungsreicher toller Tag.
-
We had a great time going dolphin watching ,though, it was a bit annoying because of the rain. It is usually crowded and the boat trip is a little long. Finding the dolphins is very fun! You have to scan your surroundings to see the dolphins. You always get to see one!

Excellent driver, great coach air conditioning, comfortable seats, leg space, and nice locations. Unfortunately, we didn't watch the dolphins as they didn't show up which was very disappointing actually as it was one the main attractions.
