Know More about this tour

After meeting your friendly local guide in downtown Portland in the afternoon, hop on your bike for a leisurely, mostly flat 5-mile (8-km) ride through this beautiful city.

Visit several of the 40 microbreweries and brewpubs that give Portland its national reputation for beer. Most of these beloved breweries brew their beers on site, and some you'll visit may include Bridgeport, Deschutes, the McMenamin's Crystal Ballroom, Lucky Labrador, New Old Lompoc, Rogue and Tugboat Brewing.

In addition to sampling refreshing, fresh-brewed beer, you’ll also take behind-the-scenes tours to see where the magic happens!

In between breweries, your guide will point out the city’s best bars, restaurants and local hotspots in the downtown area, the Pearl District and northwest Portland. Pass famous Powell's Books, one of the world's largest independent bookstores, and cycle past coffee drinkers outside Stumptown Coffee.

If time permits, you’ll finish your tour with a pint at a cozy local tap room before heading back to the starting point.

  • Fantastic tour with even better tour guides and beer. Evan went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. Would sign up again in a heartbeat!!

  • This is such a neat tour idea, my friend and I always do a food tour on the first day of our annual trip, I'm so glad we switched it up and did this tour. If you haven't rode a bike in ten years like us, don't worry, it comes back pretty quick, especially when you know delicious beer and tater tots at the last spot is waiting for you down the road. Justin was a great tour guide and very personable, he got us in to see a few things that weren't on the scheduled tour so that was a plus. We had just 4 in our group so we got to dawdle a little longer at each spot and chat. Beautiful scenery, neat breweries, history, and fresh air while biking through a new city is a perfect way to start off your visit to Portland.

  • Amazing bike brewery tour! Our guide was very informative and had many great suggestions of places to see in and outside of Portland. I highly recommend going on this tour!

  • It was fun getting to ride a bike again, and we had a fun group. Tour wasn't incredibly informative and the brewery choices were far from the best the area has to offer.

  • This was one of the funnest parts of our trip hands down. We arrived a bit late but they were able to catch us up to the group and enjoy the gorgeous day and the cool Portland local brews. The tour guides were awesome and super knowledgeable, and made sure to keep the beer flowing. We made friends with others on the tour and had such a great time overall. We didn't want the tour to end!

  • My husband and I thorouighly enjoyed this tour! The guide was informative and took us to three great breweries in the Pearl District.

  • The tour was great! The three breweries we got to stop at were unique and fun. We biked an easy route and it was easy to stay together as group. It didn't seem like we got very much beer at each stop for how much money the tour cost and it was a little rushed at times, but it was still a lot of fun!

  • This was a hoot of a tour. Evan the tour guide as the best and the experience is one to remember and the beer was great. I highly recommend this tour.

  • We had a great time on the Portland Brewery tour with our guide Ana! She was fun and knowledgeable about the city and took us through several areas. The breweries offered a good array of styles, both porters and IPAs. And perhaps most importantly, we came upon a little family of ducks at an interesting park in the Pearl District and it was ridiculously adorable. Thanks again Ana - you rock!

  • I turned up late and missed the tour! However, they let me do the food truck tour that was just leaving instead. I had an excellent time seeing parts of Portland most tourists would miss and sampling excellent food and beer. Anna was a great tour guide and had a lot of interesting facts to share along the way.
