We were able to identify our shuttle driver straight away as he stood at the crossing with our name place, made our transfer very quick, was a great way to pass the day till our 6pm flight, the driver was very prompt on the return trip to the airport and was very friendly and professional would recomend

We've done this twice now after cruises where we don't have to get to the airport quickly. It's a huge mall, and the pickup from Northstar Mariner has been great both times. We will continue to do this after cruises in the future!

Milan the driver, was terrific, could not been more accommodating.If you have a few hours to kill between the port, and the airport,this is an excellent way to spend it even for non shoppers like me.I went to see a film, and my wife loved the shopping.

Milan was excellent. Waiting early for everyone returning from their cruise. Milan was in contact with everyone 4 couples and kept everyone informed of timescales. We arrived at the Mall soon after opening, and due to people's flight times were able to have an extra 30 mins of shopping. The stores were great, we could have spent 2 days there! Milan collected us promptly and dropped everyone at their designated drop off points. Milan even helped us hail a cab as we were heading into Fort Lauderdale for a few days. Highly recommend this trip!

Rather than sitting around the Fort Lauderdale airport where there currently nothing to see or do for 6 hours this was a much nicer way to spend our time after the cruise. Northstar Mariner contacted us just prior to our trip, letting us know how to contact them and where we were to meet their driver - in our case Milan. He contacted us on arrival and everything was very timely and on our schedule. Milan was very professional and it was nice to have a place to store our luggage while we went out browsing. If you are a shopper like I am, this was a very enjoyable excursion and if you haven't seen it, Saw Grass Mills is unbelievable if not a bit daunting in size

We received a call from the driver who had arrived early at the port and he gave us directions to get the pick up. By the time we got outside the building he had gone to a different port terminal to pick up other passengers and arrived back about 5 minutes later. We did start to panic slightly as we expected him to be outside the terminal and he didn't pick up on our call. However he was very courteous and got us to the mall in good time. He arrived back at the mall on time and we we were at the airport within 45 minutes , just as he predicted. Apart from the slight panic everything was was very good and the vehicle very comfortable

Great way to avoid sitting at the airport all day if you have a late flight out after a cruise. Driver was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable leaving our luggage with him during the day so we didn't have to lug it around. Was on time and even adjusted his arrival time for pick up when we got off the cruise ship earlier than expected.

Our group did this trip when returning from our cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. The driver was very friendly and met us on time and as expected. The transport vehicle was immaculate, and we felt very safe leaving our luggage in his care for the day. The Sawgrass Mills Mall was a great way to spend a day.
