The boat ride was pleasant, but narration was not helpful, especially since so many languages had to be included.

Felt so much more mature and calm than the other boat tours we had seen. A lovely view and the fact the staff come up and take your order then bring drinks to you is just a cherry on the top! I recommend this so much for couples and families that are looking for something a bit more romantic
-
Lovely evening cruise with attentive staff. Service available for drinks and snacks Commentary very good, toilets available
-
I paid for a basic boat tour and that's exactly what this was! There was pre-recorded commentary that played as the boat went along and and staff brought drinks up if you wanted to buy something. The actual tour time is more like 50 minutes - not 1 hour. Easy to find port for boarding.
-
Professional operation. Electric ferry was quiet, new and well presented. Good views of key landmarks from the river. Commentary did not seem to match where we were at all times but we had a very relaxing and enjoyable
-
We took the 9 pm cruise and sat on top deck. The views were amazing. An hour was the right amount of time.
-
Great value. Took trip after dark. Beautiful view of city from water. Good staff on boat. Appreciated access to drinks on the boat.
-
Bad value for money, as the boat has a sterile environment. The 'audio guide' which was promised to us when buying tickets was not understandable. 1 hour ride is just up and down the river for 50 minutes and without a proper audio guide, it is quite a boring experience for a price far too high...

There was nothing special about this boat tour. We sat downstairs in the bar seating area. We ordered 2 drinks. We were wrongly charged. I didn’t realise until after I paid the bill (unfortunately I was confused with the currency!) The bill was quickly rectified and I was given a refund. The boat was electric and very quiet. Unfortunately we couldn’t hear any commentary so we had to work out what the buildings were. I would advise others travellers to do this trip if you have nothing better to do.

Fun way to see Prague from a different perspective! There were great views of the city from the boat. The ride went smoothly and they offer interesting commentary while cruising.
