Perfect way to see the city of Prague. Guide was knowledgeable and well spoken. took us where we wanted to go and where we didn't even know we wanted to go. highly recommended.

This was a great tour allowing us to see all of Prague's key sites in one day. Patrik was very knowledgeable, provided lots of information and knew how to get around very well. We had a good time and would recommend this tour.

We've been on numerous guided tours, both group and private, all over major European cities over many years so are very familiar with them and what the relatively expensive ones (like this one, which cost us (2 people) about $450 for 7 hours). Since the cost is known and paid up front, there is no issue with its cost; only the value received. We had a rather compressed time schedule, so we decided to use this guided private tour to make the most of our time on our schedule with just the guide, car and driver to keep the schedule efficient and personalized.

We were picked up from our hotel at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague by our tour guide and driver on time. The tour guide was congenial, professional, spoke excellent English and was well-informed (except for some misinformation, about which a little more later) so this very poor rating is not meant mainly at the guide but the CONTENT of the tour and tour operator itself.
After paying $450 and the several major sites we visited during the day, not tour did not include entrances (skip-the-line or otherwise) to EVEN ONE OF THEM and so we just saw the sites from the outside and were given a commentary regarding each site and didn't enter a single one of them! That is simply inexcusable and frankly, just a kind of ripoff considering that entrance to each of these sites is very reasonable in Prague and should absolutely have been included in the tour REGARDLESS of cost. As any busy but seasoned tourist knows, time is your most valuable commodity on these trips. When we objected to why the tour did not provide access to ANY of these sites, we were told "Oh, you can come back and visit them again later!" Pretty outrageous, in our opinion. So we felt we were both ripped off of our valuable time in the wonderful City of Prague re-visiting these sites which we had already paid for, as well as the not-inconsiderable cost. The value for money is simply not there. This way the tour operator was obviously able to maximize their profit by not including the cost of the site-entrances in the $450 tour price.
Oh, back on the little misinformation the guide gave us: we were told that the breath-taking Church of St Nicholas (well worth visiting if you are in Prague), was closed for repairs when we asked to go in it. It wasn't and glad we went and visited it by ourselves sans the guided tour.
Our suggestion: there are plenty of fine tours available in Prague. Check them out before choosing this one!!!!

Jana gave us a spectacular 6 hour tour of Prague. she did a great job telling us about the history of Prague over the years. Prague is a great walking city and we were able to easily get around to see all of the major sights and enter some of the most significant buildings. Great job, thank you.

Our guide, Lenka, was absolutely amazing! She had a major in history and her knowledge of the events that took place in this part of the world was outstanding! We were with her for 7 hours and she met our every request. I would give her my highest recommendation!

My wife and I were picked up at our hotel by our guide Mila.in a comfortable van. He is very patient, personable and very knowledgeable about Prauge and it's history. Although walking is necessary, he was able to park close enough to minimize steps or steep inclines. He took us to the major sites including several vantage points overlooking Prauge that offered very good photo opportunities. He also added in a couple of non-traditional stops per our interests. All in all, this Viator tour was well worth it and memorable.

We were met on time by our guide. Discussed what we wanted to see and made some other suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and shared that with us. Took us to everything we wanted to see and then some. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPERATOR ENOUGH !
    FANTASTIC--

We enjoyed this tour very much. Martin was a wonderful guide. He is most knowledgeable about history and we learnt so much. He can speak well not only in English butl also in Chinese which was a pleasant surprise for us. Since our stay in Prague was short, we would not have been able to visit all the locations we wanted to see without a guide. Prague is definitely one of the most attractive city for international tourists!

My husband and I enjoyed the Prague Day tour with Lenka Jaklova. She is so knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful city. We saw so much! We are Highly recommending her to our friends when they come to Prague. It will always be a wonderful memory! Well done!

Patrick was simply amazing. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, was exceedingly knowledgeable. We requested a upscale restaurant for lunch and he found us the perfect place on the river. We were interested in monasteries and churches and he even got us a private non-public tour in the monastery we were interested in. Patrick was a great conversationalist and we enjoyed our lunch and late afternoon beers with him at the pub. He was on time, car was clean, and he was interested in making our day with him enjoyable. We highly recommend this driver and tour. He really showed us the heart of Prague. He has a great knowledge of history too!!!! Simply perfect
