MTO cancelled our tour 5pm the night before the tour. They took two full weeks to refund our money despite multiple WhatsApp and email messages. I had to dispute the credit card transaction in the end.

I believe the wine is good but we got there and it was raining; they aren´t prepared to attend to the big groups. It was a little disorganized.

We did the 2:30pm tour. It includes transportation from your hotel. Be prepared for the driver to make multiple stops to pick more people up before making your way to the winery. The English tour was at 4:30pm, so we had a 1 hour wait. We purchased glasses of wine and a charcuterie board at the restaurant. The tour was 1 hour and then 30 minutes with a sommelier. We headed back at 6:30pm. Overall was a wonderful half day.

Vehicle pickup ran late, transferred to another vehicle that was not only very crowded but was not most would call road worthy. The other people in the bus also complained. This was to be an English tour only after the hour of running around filling the bus and driving to the first venue were we advised that English would not be available for another hour. Then arrive to find English was not available at all but we could stay on the tour if we wanted. As we did not receive was had previously been agreed we opted to return to our hotel. Very disappointed.

The van picked me up straight from my hotel. The tour walked through the grounds of the vineyard, and also took us down into the winery itself. The wine tasting consisted of two portions: one standing outdoors with the tour guide that was more informal, and one indoors sitting with a sommelier that was more formal and included cheese. The tour and first wine tasting are offered in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. However, the second portion is offered ONLY in Spanish. I am not fully fluent in Spanish and still enjoyed the sommelier quite a bit. She was expressive and explained everything quite well. She was very welcoming. If you do not speak Spanish, you may consider booking an excursion for just the tour and first tasting, but rest assured even if you do the second tasting you will still have a good time.

So much fun. the tour guide was great and the tour group we traveled with was a mix of spanish, portugese and english. Very fun.

The most amazing wines! Beautiful winery and vineyards. We had the second premium tasting with cheese and the pairing was very good. Highly recommend if you like wine and a beautiful site.
-
Driver and tour guide exceeded our expectations. Friendly driver and very acomodating. Wine tour guide also very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Sommelier also deserves a mention. We had a great time . We do recommend this tour

I received pick-up information in advance and the driver was on time but did not speak English (even though I had booked the English tour). We had a family member who was able to communicate with him so it worked out okay, but it could have been confusing if we were on our own. When we reached the winery, it was very busy and chaotic, and it took quite a long time to get our tickets and start the tour. Once started, the tour guide was exceptional and we really enjoyed visiting the vineyards and cellars. The wine tastings and cheese pairings were very good and overall we enjoyed the experience.

The winery tour itself was good but getting there and back and waiting is too painful Need better organization for pick up
