Day 1:Terracotta Army Museum-Ban Po Museum
Marvel at one of the world's greatest archaeological finds as you leave the city behind and journey to the Terracotta Army Museum. Here you see thousands of sculptures that were intricately designed to be unique, representing different soldier ranks and the uniforms and hairstyles that would've come with each position. To honor China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang, these statues along with their accompanying horses and chariots were carved. Your guide discusses how this world wonder was found and goes into the history of the location.

After your will to Banpo Neolithic Village. Banpo is an archaeological site containing the remains of several well-preserved Neolithic villages dating back between 6,000 to 9,000 years. You can see the moat that surrounded the villages along with the graves and pottery kilns located outside of the moat perimeter. Listen as your guide describes how what you're seeing points to a society that followed a matriarchal structure.

Day 2:Shaanxi History Museum-Xi'an Small Wild Goose Pagoda Museum-Muslim Street
Your tour begins with a visit to the Shaanxi History Museum, where you can get an overview of the area's history and culture dating back to the great emperor Qin Shi Huang, who first unified China more than 2,000 years ago. Relive the city's rise to greatness as an imperial capital and guardian of the wealth that came along the Silk Road.

Next stop is Small Wild Goose Pagoda.Set on the central axis of the Jianfu Temple, the pagoda is a surviving relic from the Tang Dynasty over 1,000 years ago. As you admire the 13-story structure, your guide explains how its current state came to be, in contrast with its original 15-story design. Stop in at the nearby Xian Museum as well to learn about the history of the city through ancient relics.

Finally, visit the Muslim Street, taste the local cuisine and see interesting small commodities and specialties.The end of the tour will send you to Xian Airport or your Hotel.
