We had really be looking forward to this tour – and had been willing to pay a higher price for it than advertised on your website.
However, the tour itself fell short of the trip that was advertised. We were advised that it would be around 10 hours. However, we were taken back to our hotel after only 7.5 hours; we were promised a relaxing picnic lunch by a pool / wadi but we were given lunch in a very hot snack bar in a service area; the guide’s command of English was limited and although he tried had he was unable to answer many of the questions that would have helped us to understand what we were seeing; the guides behaviour was erratic.
The things we saw were great - it was the way it was delivered
