  • First lets start with the positives. My guides were very knowledgeable, the hotels that were provided were great, the cruise ship was beautiful, and the meals provided were outstanding. The historical sites were very interesting and the knowledge of the guides made it great. I was picked up and dropped off at the airports and the drivers were waiting. So now lets talk about some of the negatives, there were not that many but the tour should address this, the site seeing tours are and extra expenses, and should be added to the overall cost of the tour. The excursions were not the expensive but you should plan for this. The boat was real nice but it had a TV with no reception, and the WIFI did not work that well so you might want to bring a book to read. The room was nice and had a great view. Also the tips be prepared for this because it seems you need to tip everyone and the guides made this clear that the drives, they and others get extra tips. The local population will bother you for money this the tour has no control over, and be prepared for the country as a hole being littered with trash broke my heart. I will have to say that I am pleased with the overall tour and would recommend this to others but I would make them aware of some of the additional cost.
