The arrangements of the tour was super convenient, picking up us up from the airport and dropping us off after the tour. The tour guide was excellent. She took us to the places that we want to see. She also showed us other interesting off the beaten path streets and food vendors. She kept my 8 year old son stayed fully engaged throughout a day. We enjoyed it fully and highly recommend this awesome company!

Our layover tour of Shanghai was incredible, my daughter and I were picked up from the airport and driven an hour to the city to meet Lily who would be our tour guide for the day. Lily is young, educated, has perfect English and a delightful personality. We had two requests, one was to visit the Jewish Museum and the other to have Peking Duck for lunch, we left the rest of the plans to her. Lily had our driver take us to a beautiful garden and explained all of the symbolism and history to us, from there we went for a tea ceremony which is awesome and from there we headed to the Jewish Museum where Lily was very knowledgeable and was able to show us the museum and explain the history of it to us. She took us to an incredible restaurant for lunch where we had the most amazing Peking Duck! After lunch she brought us to another older section of Shanghai where we walked around with Lily explaining everything to us. It was a perfect day and you would be thrilled to have the experience that we did-I hope you do!

We had a long layover in Shanghai and decided to try and do a tour while we were there. After reading all of the great reviews on TripAdvisor and Viator we ended up booking with Sunny. On the day of the tour we were so disappointed to find out that the Chinese officials would not give out transit Visas for the day and were going to make everyone stay in the airport for their layover. Thankfully I was in constant communication with Sunny vis WhatsApp as we stood in line at immigration. With her help we were able to secure our 24 hour tourist visa and exit the airport. All of the other people trying to leave were harshly turned away. We're lucky we did leave because we were able to meet Feifei and have an amazing day touring around Shanghai. We spent the day learning all about the history of the city, ate a lot of good food, tasted wonderful teas, heard personal accounts of life in China, and saw all of the main sights. Feifei spoke perfect English and was able to answer all of our questions about Shanghai and life in China in general. Our driver was curious, safe, and drove a new clean vehicle. We had no problem leaving our carry-on luggage in the car with him as we saw the sights. The mag lev train ride back to the airport was definitely the way to go! An hour long drive was accomplished in less than 10 minutes by train. If you have a layover in Shanghai you need to book with Sunny! It was a flawless experience all around (despite Chinese immigration--but Sunny helped with that!).

I’ve traveled the world and have had many private guides but this was by far the best! It was so organized and our guide FeiFei was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and was able to squeeze everything we wanted to see into 6 short hours. This is the only company to use when in Shanghai!

We were picked up and brought back to airport on time. Our Guide Feifei was very knowledgeable and took us to great places to see, eat, and shop. Would certainly recommend this tour to anyone who has at least 8 hours to spend in Shanghai.

We had a day long lay over me and my wife in Shangai, China. And we decided to do a day tour. Glad we did. We were picked up at the airport by Mr. Wang, and then introduced to our tour guide Lily - who is extremely knowledgeable in Chinas history from architecture builders to the city's history. We were shown around all the historical land marks and a amazing Buddhist temple - so much history and so many picture perfect spots. She also took us to a authentic local food restaurant - AMAZING - finger licking food. Definitely motivated myself and wife to come back and do additional tours with Lily - so much more to cover. Thanks again Trip Advisor for linking us with them.

We fell in love with Shanghai!!! Annie was such an amazing tour guide. We had a 17-hour layover in Shanghai because we wanted to spend time in the city. Annie customized our tour based on our interest as a family. She gave us great info about the city and took us to the yummiest food destinations. We highly recommend this tour! Worth every penny! We will be back Shanghai!

I never thought that waiting 12 hours for the next flight could be so special as the time we had with Annie, our tour guide. Was pleasantly and very informative giving us a good “flavour” of the city and making us wanted to come back for a real tourist visit.

This was our first time in China and we weren’t quite sure what to expect or even if we would have enough time on our layover. We booked this tour and are so glad that we did! The tour was perfect. Before we even left the US, i received texts from Sunny giving me instructions and how to navigate the arrival. Once we arrived, Sunny and I were texting back and forth letting me know how and where to proceed to meet our driver. The driver was waiting for us and off we went. We met up with Mason our tour guide at a park in the city. From there we spent the day visiting The Bund, a Buddhist Temple and in and around the French Concession. Mason took us to an amazing place for lunch at a restaurant with incredible Chinese cuisine. He also let us stop off at one of the Starbucks for a quick snack and hot chocolate. Mason was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and outgoing. We feel as though we were so lucky to have had Mason as our tour guide. If you want an amazing time on your layover, book this tour. You will not regret it!!! Thanks Sunny and Mason!
