Very poor service, i had to call them due to no pre booked 6 seater taxi turned up at the time booked to take us to paphos airport. They had my mobile number of which they did not call. I was told on the phone that there driver was in an accident which had just happened after that they back tracked and said we have been trying to find another taxi to take you. I said well if you called 20mins before I could have jumped on the tui bus but she the said will it's just happened. I then said you have been calling other taxis firms and you said there is none available in limassol to take you to the airport so there is nothing we can do and you need to find your own way to the airport this was all booked and paid for in full before the hoilday had taken place. Which was for both ways on arrival to Cyprus taxi firm seemed all OK and was taken to hotel at the correct time but soon has this firm taken your money your are left at the end of your holiday out of pocket with no taxi back to the airport. I had to pay another 90 EUROS to get a taxi to the airport. I made my 1st call to a taxi company in limassol to book a taxi which turned up within 2 mins of booking and taken us all to the airport. MTS I my eyes did not even try to find us another taxi and was quite happy to leave us at the hotel with no transport back to the airport and with no call to my mobile to let us know that they were having a transport issue. Very bad company to deal with and a very rude person on the phone that all she could say was not her problem we don't have a driver. All I can say is do not use this company they will be happy to take money and not supply the service you would expect and also I have no way of getting my money back. But I will keep trying DO NOT USE
