  Easy to deal with. I stuffed up the dates when I booked but they were happy to work this out, easy to communicate with, very responsive. On time and very friendly and helpful.

  We booked a 4.30am transfer to the airport. The driver arrived 20 minutes late which was incredibly stressful as the company didn't communicate with us despite us trying to contact them to confirm the driver was definitely coming. When the company finally responded a few hours later, they blamed us saying it wasn't a private transfer and they had to pick someone else up first. That would not have been a problem had we known but that was not made known when we booked so we didn't know if the driver had just forgotten us. We had allowed plenty of time but needed to know if we needed to make other arrangements to get to the airport. 20 minutes is a long time to wait at 4.30am for an airport transfer! The hotel tried to contact the company too and couldn't reach them. No apology for the stress they caused and instead they were rude to us. Such a disappointing and stressful end to our holiday.

  Arrived 20 minutes late for airport transfer. Which added stress to our departure from Vanuatu. Driver complained of busy traffic in town but if you are a local you would be aware of that and plan accordingly. There was shopping in the car and his child so obviously had been to shops previously.

  Yumi tours have been amazing! Super reliable, they were there at the agreed time at our hotel, which was much appreciated after our previous airport transfer never showed. Highly recommend!

  Easy to book and search for your hotel from a list. The driver was on time, friendly and helpful. The transport was clean.

  We booked this transfer not knowing any service providers in Vanuatu. Phillip and Able were absolutely wonderful drivers and nothing was too much trouble. Our holiday package transfers were organised with another company and I would definitely recommend Yumi tours and transfers over the company our travel agent booked as part of the package.

  We used Yumi Tours to take us to the airport, after arriving 10 days earlier and another transport company did not pick us up we were not risking this again. I contacted them the day before via messenger, they were so responsive and organised to pick us up at 4.30am. The gentleman who I can' remenber his name picked us up exactly at 4.30am, he was so lovely and made it a stress free transfer to the airport. Thank you so much for your professional service, and immediate correspondance.
