    The pick up from the airport was just fine and actually very helpful. But the return pick up from the hotel to the airport is why I have this a terrible experience. First the road in front of the hotel was blocked so he had to park just a block away. That is not an issue. But when we met he was very upset with me as I have caused him to be late. That was basically our greeting. He said he will have to charge me. When we arrived to the airport I unloaded the bags and he demanded 10 euros for his late fee. After I told him a few choice words I gave him the 10 euros in fear of him holding my last bag hostage.

    He did not give me his name but I would recommend not to use this company unless the removed this one person. I would like to get my return only reimbursed. Plus the 10 euros I gave the gentleman.

    From airport to hotel was fine. Driver was nice. Car was comfortable. Service A+.
    Leaving, however, was not so great. I had emailed the person who emailed me to give me the time and asked to be picked up earlier. After not receding a response after 24 hours I called and the computer said I was 1st in line and wait was less than a minute. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up, called again and same thing - only this time I just waited on hold for 7 minutes. Called again the next day and got through right away. However they told me they will not change the time. I might have been ok with it if the woman wasn’t so rude. She was short, rude and said “I can’t do anything for you. Now is that all?” I said “yes and she hung up”. Very rude customer service and not accommodating.

    People’s travel plans can change so I don’t know why they won’t accommodate that. I won’t use this service again.

    I will say the driver was fine though. Same driver as coming in. Very nice, professional and good service.
