Someone was waiting for us with our name on a sign exactly where he said he would be, even though our flight was a little delayed. He helped us carry our bags to the car which was spacious and air conditioned. We got to our hotel with no problems! I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone arriving in New Delhi.

This booking was well worth the cost: we arrived in the middle of the night and our driver was there to greet us and took us directly to our hotel with no problems. Our only concern was that some of our luggage was tied to the top of the vehicle, but everything arrived intact.

Overall it was good. However, driver/guide was not inside gate 5 as he was supposed to be. My plane was late by 20 minutes and Immigration took a long time to clear but this is something one should be aware of it. I had to call to find out if cab driver was there or not. I then received a text Togo outside of gate 5 and I would be met there. The sign was visible but not as clear as what other transports were showing. After meeting guide, then all was good. He was very polite and cordial and got out at hotel and came in with me to make sure all was ok with hotel.

My flight was an hour or more late. But a guide was there at the gate with my name on a sign. I was so relieved. There is a guide and a driver. I was stuck in rush hour traffic, but the car was nice and comfortable and the driver very good. Dropped me off at the door of my hotel. I tipped driver and guide.
