Terrible service. When I called to confirm the car service was tracking the arrival of my delayed flight, they told me they couldn't find a driver to pick me up at the airport. The person I spoke to suggested I cancel the reservation, so I did. Viator billed me even though I cancelled the pick-up. Don't use this service.

Was not picked up . Called number on confirmation , they had reservation listed but said they had no car available to pick us up . Please refund the 172.80 back to my MasterCard . Richard L Armalavage .

The driver did not show up and did not call until 30 minutes after we were already in a taxi. This is a sham service service with shady practices. Will not use Viator again for airport transfers.

They did not pick us at time confirmed had to call New York from only to find the company had canceled our ride without any warning this was a terrible experience and I am expecting a full refund
