    I am making a review only of our experience with the private transfer from London Heathrow Airport to our hotel. I don't know if it was just our driver or if people really drive that way in London. He drove fast and constantly changing lanes. I was with my two daughters and my husband and we all kind of got scared with the way the driver drove. Generally, our experience in LONDON was great.

    This kicked off our trip to Europe and we were met with a very nice driver at Heathrow. The only thing is that the transportation was a Prius which I normally would not have an issue with, but considering the number of bags, this was a bit tight. Knowing this for the future, I would have informed the agency of our bags ahead of time.

    Small car not meant for four people. This was awful. Tour guide did a good job in the rain but seemed like it was thrown together not a professional tour.

    Timely, professional and courteous! It was a great size vehicle for the 5 of us and our luggage. A comfortable ride.

    Arrived early and waited 45 minutes. Driver did not show up and I had to telephone. Once he arrived at the designated meeting place, we were on our way and the rest of the trip uneventful.

    This was an airport arrival transfer to our accommodation. After flying for the better part of 27 hours the last thing we needed to do was struggle with transport services in a new city we were unfamiliar with. Our initial contact was via SMS to my pre-arranged UK SIM confirming his arrival which was perfectly timed as we passed through border checks and immigration. Our driver was on-time, friendly, polite and well dressed. He was happy to talk about London and getting around.
