  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • Didn't bother using the return transfer as I had to pay extra when I got to Sanford Airport and would have to pay more again for the return. Why put one price Up and take the money then not turn up until I pay more as it was "out of zone" Never had anything like this in all the years I've been going

  • Driver not there to pick us up despite the fact I rang to confirm the reservation at least 12 hours prior as instructed. I contacted Carmel the local provider and was informed that Viator had undercharged me at the time of booking. They refused to send a driver unless I agreed to pay an additional 25. I had no choice but to pay this extra money as we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. It then took a further 30 minutes for the driver to actually arrive. I had a confirmed reservation with a booking reference number but this made no difference. Very unhappy, would never use Viator again and most certainly do NOT recommend them.
