Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • Well, unfortunately, he forgot us.
    But, once we called, he was there within 15-20 minutes.
    Nice fellow, informative, friendly. Wonderful ride. Spacious.

  • Our driver was on time, pleasant, helped with our heavy luggage, gave us some touristy information about restaurants and historical sites!
    Got us to the hotel safely and I need to mention it was 11:40 PM, a late flight. . .he was so cheerful, it was refreshing at the end of a long day.

  • Rocked up late after several phoned calls. Driver forgot to refuel car so he did it on the way to our hotel. Disappointing.

  • Very disappointed in this service that I received in San Antonio and will never use them again. For starters, the driver was not waiting for me and my family at baggage claim as stated on the voucher that I was told to print and present. In fact he showed up 45 minutes late and that was after I called 3 times. I paid for a private service and got worse than a cab service. On initial signup it was documented what my flight number was and the time I would need the service. For the amount I paid for this service or lack there of, I will be extremely cautious when selecting another.

  • Our driver was on time and made contact with me via cell phone. He was very friendly and professional. We had no issues. The price was very good too.

  • Jason once again picked us up. I asked him to take us to the National Car Rental site at the airport. He said that he had pulled up the address and it said Dollar Car Rental. I told him that perhaps they were in the same area. We did eventually find it and he let us off by the fence where we could see the sign. He was not very friendly. When you pay for a private transfer, it is nice if the person at least talks to you and acts like he is glad to be of service.

    Jason, I guess, is a capable driver. I was disappointed to walk in the rain when we arrived in San Antonio when there was a road open to the hotel. I probably would not use this company again in San Antonio.

  • Incorrect vehicle arrived

  • This was a bust and it was supposed to be a surprise for my husband. Driver was not there when we arrived so he wasn't checking for our arrival. When my husband called he said he was 5-6 min away and we should wait outside. About 20 min later he called again and again was asked what he was wearing pink shirt. When the driver arrived he didn't have a sign anywhere in his car so I know he never intended to come in and meet us. The town car was clean .

  • ordered and paid for a limousine service, got an SUV, driver watched us load our luggage into the SUV, was not waiting for us in baggage claim, had to make a number of phone calls to track him down. very disappointing.
