My favorite part of the experience was our guide at the blue hole. He was amazing. We had a group of 4 and he took the time to take basically all our photos for us capturing very special moments with each of our phones. He kept us safe and made sure we had a fabulous time. We even had a clay spa treatment His name is Javier and he is the best.

I had an awesome time, each location that I visited and each activity has it own beautiful scenery and thrill to it. Jacques tour guide (Jervis) was always on time for pick up and very pleasant 😀, Any questions you ask him is always a yeah man or no problem man, anything that you need I'm here for you.Rafting on blue lagoon and horse back was the best experience I had. If there was a rewind button I sure would press it.

I just got back from my birthday trip and it was the most amazing vacation I’ve ever had! I want to thank Jacques for planning my whole itinerary with me, and for being extremely helpful and thorough. There was not one detail that was left out, and everything went way better than I could have imagined! He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and made the whole planning process super easy. I used Jacques Tours for several excursions for my group and I for our week long stay, as well as for day trips and nightlife transportation. I can’t thank our amazing driver, Sanjay, enough for the hospitality and kindness he showed us. Our vacation would not have been the same without him and I will definitely, without hesitation, request him as a driver for all future trips to Jamaica. He also took us to some amazing food spots!!!! He was very knowledgeable about a lot of the Jamaican history/areas/culture, always arrived early to pick us up, and I feel like he really went out of the way to meet the needs of the group. He answered any and all questions we had. We were a group of 6 pretty loud, high-energy, young women, and not once did he complain. He made us all feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. I feel like I made a new friend in Jamaica and I look forward to planning my next trip!!!! My husband, son and I had a blast on this excursion thanks to Jacques and his sister Charlotta (hope I spelled the names right). They were very helpful and informative about Jamaican life and culture while keeping us entertained. The actual Blue Hole experience was amazing! The water was cold, but that didn’t deter us from taking on the jumps and excitement of the beautiful water. Our Blue Hole guide Glenn was amazing. He is very personable, funny and was able to calm any fears I initially had about cliff jumping lol. We are already planning our next cruise which of course will Definitely include Blue Hole! I captured many great videos and pics during the day and so did the photographer guide with us. Didn’t plan on it, but his pictures of our jumping were so captivating we splurged and purchased the pics for $80. You can’t go wrong booking this excursion...it helped make my 31st Wedding Anniversary (9-17) a little more exciting! After Blue Hole we were taken to Scotchies to grab a bite for an additional fee. Jerked pork and jerked chicken with some ribs was our lunch. It wasn’t worth the hype, but I can now say I’ve tried it. Thank you all, especially Glenn and Charlotta...catch you guys next time 😘👍🏽
