We had problems with our flight getting to Bogota (Cancled) and contacted Viator who contacted "Bogota Local Pal' and new reservations were made with no problem. Our guide arrived at the Hotel with a fantastic driver. His name was "Andy" and his smile was infectious. Four slow Americans - ( 2 71's and 2 65's) left with our Guide to start an adventure. Andy listened to our requests and then made recommendations. We followed his advise and could not have been happier. Andy's knowledge seemed unlimited. Never saying we should hurry because of time. This tour is a super way to see parts of Bogota, with a friend.

I was a non-Spanish speaking single female traveler to Bogota (first time), and was looking for opportunities to go to Paloquemao (the fruit market) to try/buy new things and go to Montserrate. My tour was fantastic! I learned so much more about Colombia/Bogota than traveling alone. Nic was a great and intelligent guide - we talked about Colombian culture, politics, cuisine, religion, etc. This was also the most affordable solo/customizable tour I could find.

My mother and I had the most amazing experience with Marcello as he took us to explore Bogota. He was absolutely the best and most knowledgeable guide. We were able to see parts of the city that we would never have thought to go on our own and were really able to get a flavor for the city. I am very interested in photography, so Marcello made sure we made it to all of the best spots. We learned so much about the history of Colombia and its people. Best of all, we found a great friend in Marcello. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

It was my first time visiting Bogota, and was only there for a short time. My husband had been before, but not very familiar with the city. We had a local pal with Daniel, and I can’t speak enough about how great the experience was. We did a short 4 hour tour with transportation. I didn’t have much of an itinerary in mind, but discussed my interests with Daniel. He suggested an experience tailored to our interests, and was right on the mark! Daniel is very knowledgeable about everything Bogota. He had an answer to every question. He is so proud of his hometown, and that made the experience even better. He was a wonderful guide, and clear communicator. This in addition to the ease of booking with prompt communication with Deissy made this experience great. Highly recommend!!!

I had the pleasure of taking this tour with Alejandro in Bogota. The focus of this particular tour company is to make sure that you enjoy the moment as opposed to being under pressure to tick all the boxes of the places you visit. They ask you what you’d like to see and offer some helpful suggestions. The highlight of my tour was visiting a local covered market that epitomized the richness of Colombian food. The people watching in the market alone justified the tour. A superior experience in fluent English, exceptional indeed.
