Know More about this tour

Meet your guide upon pickup at your hotel and hop in your comfortable, private minivan for the drive to Mt Geumjeong. Located halfway up the mountain is Beomeosa (Temple of the Nirvana Fish), originally built in 678 during the reign of King Munmu of the Silla Dynasty. Learn about the temples history as you explore the complex, including gates, halls, pagodas and stone lamps showcasing Koreas traditional Buddhist architecture.
Continue on to Gamcheon Culture Village, a fascinating hillside enclave decorated with pastel houses, sculptures and other art installations. Sometimes referred to as the Santorini of the East, among other nicknames, Gamcheon as its known today was created during the rebuilding phase after the Korean War. Walk with your guide through the labyrinthine alleyways, perhaps stopping at the Sky Garden for the best views.
Enjoy hot stone rice with many delicious side dishes for lunch at a local Korean restaurant.
Afterward, youll experience more local life at the vibrant Jagalchi Fish Market, where you can find a diverse array of seafood and dried fish on display. Famous throughout the country, Koreas largest fish market is representative of Busan, as are the female vendors in their aprons washing down their stalls.
Then drive to Yongdusan Park, a popular destination for locals. From the top of the 394-foot-high (120-meter) Busan Tower, you can view downtown Busan. On a sunny day, keep an eye out for Tsushima Island across the East Sea in Japan.
Your final stop, Gukje Market (International Market), provides plenty of shopping opportunities. Souvenirs and good bargains are easy to find. The wholesale market includes several venues, like Ggangtong Market, Manmul Street and Changsun shopping mall.
After a full-day tour visiting many of Busans top attractions, youre driven back to your hotel.

  • Very happy with the tour : Our guide was knowledgable and the trip was so personalised.

  • Our group of four had only one full day to spend in Busan and booked a private guide and car for a day-long tour on November 17, 2017. Jade Kim was our English-speaking guide and driver. He understood we had only the one day, and he thoughtfully constructed a tour that gave us the best views and highlights of the city. Rather than take us to Busan Tower for a limited view of the city, he drove us up the mountain to Hwangnyeongsan Observatory that fulfilled his promise of a view that would be 800 better. It was spectacular! Photos attached A true bird-eye view of the impressive cityscape. Jade was also knowledgeable in our visits to Beomeosa Temple, the fish market, Gamcheon Culture Village and shopping areas. He drove skillfully through the confusing streets of Busan, and arranged a delicious and satisfying Korean lunch at a family-run restaurant. Although our time in Busan was brief, Jade was able to give us a sense of the city and memorable experiences. We highly recommend the tour and our guide.

  • Had a wonderful time in Busan! Our tour guide was from the area and gave us such wonderful insight into the city. We were able to explore places that made us fall in love with Busan. Thank you!

  • Great Customer Service and Travel Experience! We highly recommend this tour with the amazing service, hospitality, knowledge info and experience we had with our tour guide - Mr. Jade Kim. We booked this tour on the height of the Golden Week holiday in Korea. There were high number of tourists both local and foreign as well as heavy traffic around the area where holiday makers converge as well as the main highway. Our tour guide Jade did his best to make sure that we don't get tired and made us feel comfortable. He offered us alternatives and readily agrees to our suggestions so we can make the most of time. I would highly recommend this tour and kudos to Jade Kim for your great service because of this tour we learned more about the culture, beauty and history of Busan. I will be back again :

  • Really fun tour, overall! The only sort of downside was the cultural village was kind of just a tourist trap but it was made up for by our wonderful guide who got us on quickly to the other stuff. We loved the fish market and just walking around through the street markets. Also -- huge shout out to fantastic lunch recommendations from our guide as well.

    - Great guide. Really fun, personable guy who we enjoyed spending the day with.
    - We got an extra stop that wasn't on the agenda to visit the statue of the comfort woman outside the Japanese consulate. I got the sense that this happens fairly often time permitting, but it was a nice surprise none-the-less!
    - Fantastic lunch! Owe the recommendation to our guide for introducing it to us I believe buldak was the name of the dish.
    - The fish market was super cool
    - Hotel pickup/dropoff was really nice

    - Cultural village was kind of a letdown as it was mostly just ice cream shops and taking pictures in front of wall paintings. Maybe it shouldn't be played up as much in the tour descriptions.

  • Wonderful way to see so many sites around Busan. My guide, Jade, was so nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable about Busan and its history. If you are visiting Busan, you should definitely book this experience!

  • Our Busan city tour was such an amazing experience, we never thought we would love Busan rather than Seoul, probably because of Mr. Cooper, our English tourist guide, who did a really great job through out the day, he was well versed with all the locations, informative and trusted, find no words to describe how unique was this experience for us, furthermore, sufficient free time to do shopping, definitely will recommend this, 6 STARS Thankyou Mr. CooperBusan, we will back again soon xxx Grace from Chester UK

  • This is a great tour! Our tour guide spoke English fluently. She was a fun and friendly young lady, obviously proud of Busan, and very informative. It was lightly raining in the morning when we visited the temple, but our guide furnished an umbrella and the rain did not stop us from enjoying the bright colored lanterns and the quiet calm. Besides the temple, we visited the village, which was full of bright colors and local artwork, and had great craft shops, friendly people, and an interesting history that the guide explained to us. We also saw a sightseeing tower, ate an authentic Korean lunch, and visited the fish market during our tour. Our guide was flexible in allowing us to spend more time in the village, which we really enjoyed. We would highly recommend this tour and the guide we had. She gave us an American name but we unfortunately lost it. But we will always remember her and how she made Busan such a memorable experience for us.

  • This tour was great!!! We had such a great time with our tour guide and saw all the places that we wanted to visit when we first began planning our trip. We had a enough time at each location and didn and #39;t feel rushed at all. Our tour guide was fun and spoke great English. He was also very informative.

  • This tour gives you the best Busan has to offer, all in one day. Busan is a lovely city and worth a few days more to explore. Cooper, our tour guide was the best- knowledgeable and aiming to please. Highly recommended!
