Our driver was 40 minutes late due to traffic. We ended up in the museum at 11am. The guide rushed us through the museum. He was very aloof. Even though the museum was busy I would have preferred to spend 2 more hours there but by 1pm we where on our way to lunch. The lunch experience was good. We had Kochary (for the 2nd time) which was lovely but I feel the guide could have discussed our options with us. During lunch he raised the option to take us to a cotton shop which we already did the week before. I felt that that time could have been spent in the museum had he considered the fact that it was our last day in Egypt and would probably have been exposed to all the other experiences already. And then I gave him my last cash left in my purse as a tip to which he had an ungrateful attitude. Although the driver was late he was very skilled in the traffic and had a patient attitude. This was something that could have been discussed on the agenda when we met but as I mentioned before he was very aloof. The diver was very skilled and patient in the traffic.

The guide was uneventful. His knwledge of English left much to be desired. He was not interactive nor insightful. We felt that teh cost was prohibitive for teh service was provided.

Driver never showed. Customer service couldn't find our booking even when given my reference number. Working on getting a refund.

El museo es fantastico, ahora transladaran el contenido (incluso partes no expuestas en la acualidad) a otro mas moderno alado de las piramides de Ghiza. Seguramente sera aun mejor. No se puede ir a Egipto y no verlo.

Ali was amazing!! He is so smart, really knows his history. It made our trip to the museums so much better. We originally had booked only one museum, but when we learned of another we wanted to go to he was able to add that on for us no problem! He made sure every need we had was met. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. Would 100% recommend him as a tour guide!

Honestly I can't recommend getting a tour - my guide left me to my own devices after less than an hour once inside and just left me to wander around. He also made no real effort to try have a conversation with me after I asked about himself so a lot of it was in silence. The lunch is okay but not enough to justify the price. The guide did know some things but I wish he had stayed around and explained more. A bit disappointed given the price - would recommend just going by yourself .

AyaM was a wonderful tour guide. She organized my museum experience to both The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities and The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Her explanations of the artifacts and how they related to the historical timeline added to my experience. AyaM also took the time to suggest local foods that added to the experience.

We had an amazing experience exploiting egyptian museum with Emil guiding us. He shows some misterious hiding on the history. We had as well an amazing tour to old cairo and a local lunch which was wonderful! Our tour were tailormade for us with a private driver that made us feel safe Andrew. A BIG THANKS!
