We spent an amazing 3 days in Beijing with our guide. We loved the flexibility to choose where we wanted to go and especially loved that the tours were one on one. The flow was great. The information given on each site specific and informative.
Excellent value for the price. We would do this again in a heartbeat.

We travel a lot and this was up there with the best things we’ve ever done. We only had 3 full days in Beijing and after talking to friends that had been there and reading the reviews we decided to bite the relatively expensive bullet and book this tour. Our friends had told us that getting around can be a problem as very few people speak English so to have a driver, guide and an interpreter was a godsend.
This is a private tour so only your group travels (there was only my wife and me) and the tour also includes transport, entrance tickets and lunches.
Our guide, Tony, was fantastic, so knowledgeable about everything (which is a must unless you can read Chinese) and our driver Mr Ho, how he managed to fit his car through gaps in the traffic that were smaller than his car was amazing! The traffic in Beijing can be somewhat chaotic.
I’m positive if we hadn’t done this then we’d still be wandering around aimlessly a week later and wouldn’t have seen nor understood half of the things we did.
I honestly can’t recommend this tour enough.
And please remember to tip the driver and guide, tipping in China is a bit different but people in the tourist industry would expect one. They are well worth it.

We had a great tour with Dana. Her English was excellent and she showed us exactly what we requested.

I rarely write reviews, but our tour guide, Dana, was absolutely fantastic! We travel constantly (this tour was part of a 6 week trip) and have had hundreds of guides. Dana stands out as one of the very best we have ever had. This tour was entirely customizable and her responses even at midnight were instantaneous. She was very flexible and responsible to our needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and funny, too. We had a wonderful 3 days with her and cannot recommend her enough!

Our guide Angie made this 3 day tour the most memorable and easy experience! She is so good at sensing what you need and just making it happen.
She’s kind and attentive. Her English is perfect. She even adjusted the tour from what we originally chose to suit what we wanted to do.
I really couldn’t imagine anyone else being a better guide for us. I’m a single mom travelling with my two children age 16,12. She just made us all so comfortable. I never had to worry about tickets or where we had to go. The air conditioned car and Louie the driver were always right there to pick us up after each site. Plenty of water was always available.
We have been on many tours around the globe and Angie is by far our favourite.

Thank you from Michelle, Malik and Leila.

Our experience in Beijing was wonderful and it was mostly due to our tour guide Shan Shan! From the very first day she took amazing care of us. We were able to see all the sights we wanted to see, there was flexibility, we ate at some amazing restaurants...Shan Shan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, SOOOO FUNNY, and truly gives of herself to her guests. She made sure every aspect of our trip was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. By far an exceptional guide! AND Beijing is a city not to be missed if nothing else for its rich history.

Can not say enough about how great this tour was. The only bad experience had here was saying goodbye to our tour guide Serena. She was warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Any question or concern needed in our tour was met with promptness. We saw exactly what we wanted to see and how long we wanted to interact there. VERY happy I chose this tour. Definitely got our moneys worth and a friend forever! THANKS SERENA for making our visit special!

We were in Beijing for 6 days and used 3 of them to basically cover everything you'd want to see with this Sightseeing package. The key to any good sightseeing venture is for it to be informative with history, culture and significance; for it to be convenient in a crowded city like Beijing; and for it to be good value for money so you don' have to spend all your time booking tickets and waiting in lines. This was all of that plus more. We had a wonderful tour guide in Dana, a young worldly traveler herself, and she knew all the history you could ask. Unlike some tours we took in Asia, her English was perfect. They also provided a spacious van which was a lifesaver for getting around, all the water we could drink, and knew all the tips and tricks on where to park, walk and get picked up. They also accommodated us with really good restaurants to eat great lunches at over those three days. We also had wonderful conversations on topics like educational systems, social security systems, recent events, some politics and religion and just life in general in China compared to other countries. It was all so informative and even my teenage kids learned a lot from Dana. She was great at having all the tickets in advance, getting us through lines quickly, knowing exactly where to go, where to stop, where to get photos and even which bathrooms would be the best to use. It was a life saver given we were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Depending on what we had planned for the day the days would start at either 7:30 or 8:30 and we would typically get back to the hotel around 4pm. It's a lot to get in to a day so on one of our free days we knocked off the Zoo prior to the tour since that would require a lot of walking around and time to see. We also shortened one day by knocking off one of the neighborhood tours as many of the craft/souvenir neightborhoods are essentially the same. I would highly recommend using WikiBeijing as they are highly organized, knowledgeable and speak very clear and good English. In terms of value for money, I don't think you can beat it and you certainly can't organize the days like they did and get everything in for you. Highly Recommended!

Maria was amazing! Her english was great! The driver was also incredibly helpful. She was able to customize and make necessary arrangements and changes as we saw fit. Traveling with 2 small children at times can be challenging but Maria made sure we had a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our tour guide Angie was great !!! Always on time to start the day, great knowledge about the different sites we picked and always willing to go the extra mile for us. We really enjoyed her company and stories about life in Beijing too. We highly recommended her for her enthusiasm and can tell that she really enjoys what she does.
Also it was great that this type of 3-days tour is so flexible and gives options as where to go. It worked really good for us since we took another tour that took us to other cities in China. Highly recommended !!! Ding ding how!!!
