Know More about this tour

At 9:00am, greet your personal guide at your hotel lobby for the hour-long journey to the first stop of the day: the UNESCO-listed Terracotta Warriors, known to some as the eighth wonder of the world. You'll travel in climate-controlled comfort with a dedicated driver. Explore the vast archaeological excavation, full of thousands of life-sized soldiers, each with individual faces and expressions, which accompanied the first emperor of China to his grave. You'll spend the morning at the site, which is home to fascinating museums as well as great photo opportunities, before enjoying a traditional Chinese lunch.

Next, it's time to discover a fast-disappearing Chinese lifestyle, as you visit a cave village. Swing by the cave home of Mrs. Huang, one of the last remaining cave dwellers in her village: as you tour her home, you'll learn about the history of the practice, and can ask her questions about her daily life.

Now, it's back to the city, where you'll visit Xian's old city wall, probably the most complete and best-preserved city wall in all of China. This mighty edifice is about 8 miles (13.5 kilometers) long, and it's still possible to walk along the top of it.

Finish your busy day by discovering Xian's Muslim heritage: an important stop on the old Silk Road, the city has a rich multicultural history. you can stroll down Muslim Street, Xian's street-food epicenter: sample Chinese Muslim food from lamb kebabs to noodles and pancakes (own expense), and watch as the food is cooked before your eyes.

Your driver will drop you back at your hotel around 6:00pm.

This private tour with Jasmine was perfect for my husband and I. We had an approximately 5.5 hour tour with Jasmine (including the car ride from the hotel to the terra cotta warrior museum and the ride back to the train station to return to Beijing). Due to our train schedule, the actual amount of time that we had to walk around the museum was about three hours or so. This is not enough time to stop and talk about every single part of the museum, but Jasmine really helped us make the most of it. She is so knowledgeable and her ability to speak both Chinese and English was perfect! My husband and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the tour and she even helped us read our train tickets as they were written only in Chinese. The terra cotta warrior museum is a must-see if you are in Xi'an and I'm so glad that Jasmine was with us to explain the history and answer our questions about this amazing piece of history!

We've been in Chengdu and unfortunately not enough time to visit beautiful Xi'an as well. But we didn't want to miss the Terra-catto Warrior. Definitely once in a lifetime experience. So thanks to the bullet train who is running from Chengdu to Xi'an since last year we took our chance and booked a 1-Day-Trip with Jasmine who was our private guide! She did a fantastic job. She is very knowledgable and her English is fantastic. As we are foodies she even took us to a local restaurant (promise, no tourist trap) afterwards and scheduled us on an earlier train back to Chengdu. All totally worth the money. If you are close to Xi'an - Terra-cotta Warrior are a must see. Comparable to the Pyramids and Machu Pichu! Take your chance and book this great 1-Day-Tour!

Jasmine shared lots of information, had great advice, and - most importantly - was very flexible and accommodating. We were a large group (4 adults, 5 kids under 8), and she managed us well and addressed all our needs. She arranged a car, purchased tickets, and kept our herd on schedule. English and Chinese. We got a lot more out of the trip because of her-- e.g., history, local culture, other commentary. Highly recommend!

Jasmine Bai arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and take us to our hotel. Faultless. Jasmine met us the following day and took us to the Terra-cotta Warriors. She was excellent, detailed, educational and most of all a pleasure. We were never rushed and spent several hours - at this unbelievable excavation. From the Terra-cotta warriors back to the City and climbed the Bell Tower and was entertained at the Drum Tower. Both fascinating. Then a stroll through the Muslim Quarter where the street food (particularly the lamb on a stick) is really good. It also provides a little insight into the narrow, busy streets of old Xi'an. Jasmine accompanied us to all stops and continued to provide insight and history. Our day concluded with a trip to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The following day the driver took us from the hotel back to the airport. The night of our arrival we walk around the "wall" at Jasmine's suggestion. Wonderful experience. So, in summary I give Jasmine Bai my unqualified recommendation - she is highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommend her service to all.

We had a great time with Jasmine as our guide. She is a wealth of information and a walking encyclopedia of knowledge for the area. She was able to tailor the day so we spent more time in the areas we wanted to. Highly recommended as a guide. :)

I would like to commend the very friendly and professional guide, Michelle for a job well done touring us in Xian. She exhibited genuine concern and care for my 75 year old mother who had a difficult time walking because of the punishing heat on the day of our tour. She even arranged for a wheelchair to help us move our mother around. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Xian and is fluent in English. Keep up the good work, Michelle.

We did the classic day tour with our tour guide Grace. It was well worth our time. Grace did a great job in taking us to the right spots and explaining us the history at the Terracota Warriors and City Wall in detail. She was very patient and gave us enough time for shopping and guiding us to the genuine shops even for the smallest of our requirements. Kids also enjoyed the trip a lot and the flexible schedule allowed us to concentrate on what they wanted to do especially in the fascinating Muslim street. Highly recommended.
