Know More about this tour
Argentina is well known for its vast farmlands. Since the countrys formal organization as a national entity in the second half of the 19th century, it followed an agricultural and livestock export model of development with a large concentration of crops in the fertile Pampas. It is largely limited to stock-raising activities and centered on the export of cattle hides and wool.
Once there you can take rides on the horses or go for a ride in a sulky (2-wheeled cart) while enjoying a buffet of traditional cold cuts, cheeses and beverages.
At lunchtime the group will enjoy a typical country-style barbecue prepared using only the finest quality meats. Dessert is accompanied by a folklore show, which is followed by a demonstration of gaucho skills.
This whole package will give you an outlook on the Argentinian countryside and its history.

Our private guide, Marcelo, was excellent and made our day trip to Estancia very enjoyable. Marcelo has an extremely personable demeanor and is excellent with both adults and children. Marcelo is extremely knowledgable about Argentina and was able to articulate his knowledge both in English and in Spanish for my bi-lingual family. Highly recommend Marcelo.

Marcelo drove me and 2 other guests to the estancia for a wonderful experience. He is interesting, friendly and funny. He shared lots of information about BA and answered many of my questions. I enjoyed the 45 minutes of horseback riding. We ate enough food to fill you up for a week. Also, the folk music and dancing gave you a strong feel for gaucho culture. I strongly recommend this tour!

Marcelo was our driver and guide for a day tour to San Antonio de Areco and El Ombu. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around excellent guide. We would highly recommend using him for any excursions in and around Buenos Aires.

What an amazing day.. From we were picked up in the morning from our hotel by Julieta, from signature tours, until we got back to our hotel this evening, we felt we were in great hands. Julieta gave us lots of information about the city and about the surrounding area as we left Buenos Aires and headed out to the ranch. The rain didn't spoil our day at this wonderful working ranch. We went horseriding, had some wine and lots of food and were entertained by the Gaucho cowboys.. We laughed and danced into the afternoon.. This is a must for anyone travelling to Buenos aires... 🙏

The ranch was beautiful. The gauchos had well trained horses and they also danced up a storm! The lunch was also excellent.
