    Driver was early, polite, friendly and thoughtful. The car, a fully loaded Escalade, was comfortable, roomy, and clean.

    Someone from Carmen Car and Limo service called me around 2pm to confirm the pick up time, number of passengers in my party and pickup location. Seemed odd to have to repeat information they already had since the reservation was made 1 month in advance. A few hours later another email was sent to me stating the reservation was cancelled because all the Illinois drivers were working. I was left stranded without transportation and little time to find an alternative ride. If zero stars was a ratings option I would have selected that. Viator needs to screen their outsource partners more closely.

    Edward fue la persona más amable que nos ha recogido nunca en un hotel. El vehículo, un Cadillac Escalade precioso, totalmente limpio, con agua a disposición nuestra junto a los asientos. Edward iba con traje y corbata, perfecto, no nos dejó tocar ninguna maleta y llevábamos 6 y las subió todas él solo después de habernos indicado que nos sentáramos confortablemente. Además durante el trayecto se interesó por de donde veníamos y hasta nos preguntó como se decía Goodbye en español para despedirse de nosotros. En el aeropuerto igual, cada maleta que bajaba del coche le sacaba la maneta de cada una de las mismas para facilitarnos el poder llevarla. Fue perfecto. Después del de Paris que ni vino, otra en el JFK que fue hiperdesagradable y otras muchas que no han tenido especial relevancia. Hago constar que es el mejor transfer en el que nos hemos montado nuestra familia. Gracias a Edward. Nunca hago comentarios a las excursiones pero esta lo merece.

    The driver didn’t show up or answer his phone. I called the dispatcher and they sent an Uber. The uber couldn’t accommodate all 6 of us so two passengers had to pay for a ride on their own. We paid for a six passenger van. This was such an inconvenience at 6am and caused us to spend more money. We almost missed our flight. The manager did not sympathize or offer any type of refund. They told us to call Viator which they didn’t offer any partial refund either.

    I booked last minute on a Saturday night for an early Sunday morning departure (June 19th). I paid via credit card. A got a call about an hour after I booked that they were full and wouldn't be able to accommodate us. That was fine. I asked if my charge card would be refunded and they said I would have to take care of that with trip advisor. I don't understand why it is on me? Cant the two companies communicate? I have since called trip advisor and they said the needed to see if the service was provided. It wasn't. I had no confirmation or no time and a person phone call that it was cancelled. It has been over a week and I still don't have my refund. It is ridiculous on both Trip Advisor and this Companies part. Beware. They will take your money even if they shouldn't and no one will care! I ended up using UBER for the first time ever and it was much cheaper and very easy. I am about to go to my credit card company next.

    The car service canceled 8 hours before pick up, they didn’t have any drivers available. I had to scramble and find another company in that short amount of time.

    I called Viator 3 times to confirm ride. I also called Carmel 5 times and was finally confirmed with no help from Viator..then 4:30 am Carmel said they could not accommodate via email not even text. I don’t read emails when readying to go to airport. We had to scramble for ride since no ride showed up. Terrible experience. Should not be that hard to get a ride to airport. Complete failure on your part and Carmel. I booked with you so should have been your responsibility to assure everything went smoothly or why bother booking with you?

    No one showed up to pick us up at the airport then told us we were an hour late and couldn’t come. We were never given the right direction for pickup. Finally came after 90 minutes. Very frustrating

    Clean and awesome SUV with plenty of space for my family. Our driver was friendly, professional and timely. Everything went great.
