Very unprofessional company. They never reached out to confirm pick up time after numerous outreach attempts by me. I had to coordinate through Viator to get them to finally confirm for 5:30am for a very early flight. And guess what? They never showed up! And then I wrote to them and here I am 2 days later and still have not had the courtesy to reply or apologize. Do NOT use them! Just get an Uber. In Mexico City, easy to find at all hours and will cost less. Plus I never got reimbursed!

We had a 6am pickup scheduled for a 9:20am Monday flight. Driver did not show and the office wasn’t answering its phone at that hour. The previous night I had called the company to confirm for the following morning and they claimed I hadn’t paid. I read them my booking confirmation number and gave them the date of the confirmation e-mail. So no excuses. Ended up taking an Über, which are readily available and safe.

This was a great way to get to airport from my hotel. Uber sometimes does not have availability when it comes to trips to and from the airport. This was a good option. The only problem, which is an ongoing problem with Viator, is communication. You get a confirmation and a ticket, but no way to contact them for confirmation of time pickup to the airport. The numbers listed on the booking are useless, since no one pick up, or you get a message that the number is not available. I’ve contacted them on WhatsApp and get a message the next day; which is unhelpful if you need assistance today. My driver came at 9am (I never received confirmation of what time he would arrive). The great thing is, he was patient and waited for me as I checked out and retrieved my bags.

Unfortunately my husband got nervous and wanted to keep making changes to hotel departure time. (multiple times!) Even though we had to cancel- and gladly paid the fee as the last change/cancellation was under the 24 hour limit. The driver still attempted to contact me (I was unavailable at the time). I hope he was paid as it was not his or the services fault. I still would recommend this company as they attempted to provide the service they were contracted to do.
