When making a booking for this private inter-airport transfer from John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport to your chosen airport, you will need to advise your flight details to complete your reservation. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
Upon arrival at either John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), you'll be met by your professional driver. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a minivan, for up to five passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to the airport of your choice, John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport, for the next segment of your travels.

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan.

International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request

Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier

Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • We arrived at JFK, collected our luggage and then called the company when on the curb. Three reps hung up on us, the fourth then said the car was there - the driver was in the middle zone he made no effort to locate us. The company never said to find him in the middle zone. He quickly delivered us to the Newark Airport - at one time driving 65 in a 40 zone. The tolls were in addition to the 100 fare - an extra 35. I'd look for a more reliable, responsive company.

  • They did not come to pick us up at Kennedy airport

  • Good ride, only problem Not with car or driver is that the airport was under construction so we had to take a bus to a different desitnation then find our ride. So not the problem of the car or driver.

  • After traveling for MANY hours, having our driver, Raj, show up on time was a welcome relief. He was a good driver who got us to our next destination quickly. I was informed before making the reservation that I would be responsible for any tolls. However, I thought 35 was a little excessive for a bridge toll and short 5 minutes on the NJ Turnpike.... and he wanted that in cash up front. Then he kept reminding us about his tip....numerous times. My husband finally told him he would get his tip after the trip was over. I would use Carmel Limo again, but get pricing information made clear and hopefully be able to print out as proof.

  • As instructed per my reservation confirmation, I telephoned the number provided after I picked up my baggage. The representative who answered the phone was not polite and requested my telephone number. He told me there was no reservation under my telephone number. I pulled out my confirmation number and he began reprimanding me for having a different telephone number which I didn't. He finally told me where to wait for my driver and he would be there in 5 - 7 minutes. 20 minutes later I telephoned again and was transferred to several people. A gentleman got on the phone and asked me what terminal I arrived in. After traveling for many hours, I had no idea. I had given them my airline and flight number when I booked my reservation. He looked it up and told me what terminal I was in who cares and said my driver would be there within 10 minutes. It was frustrating. I had paid a handsome sum for this service, given them all my information, etc. I think it should have gone smoother. The driver was pleasant and the rest of the trip was uneventful.

  • We traveled from Newark to JFK to catch a connecting flight. The car service and driver were excellent however, this is a journey you should avoid if you can. The traffic is heavy which we were forewarned about by another review and the journey time was approximately one hour and 20 minutes which could easily have been longer but for the quality of our driver. I would definitely use this car service again.

  • Our driver went above and beyond to get us to our destination on time, he was a star. Frankly, the system was the problem. We weren't advised that there was construction at the airport LGA until we got there and found the phone system to call. We did what we were suppose to do according to the letter of instructions. However, being from the UK meant that our phone didn't work. We got to the point of travel and found no way to communicate. My husband used many peoples phones to call with, each time being hung up on. The eighth call resulted in being told the colour of the car, it was dark out and we eventually found our driver! We made it to our destination with 9 minutes to spare...thanks to the driver.
