It was a great option! Rajan was our driver and he was great, he took us to the waterfalls, indigenous village where we learnt how the live and hunt, after we headed to Cameron highlands but he was explaining the surrounding areas, he took us to the strawberry farm, and even when we arrived to KL on our way to the hotel he was explaining us the history! Great guide Rajan!

The diver should be more active and kind. He/she should guide the general tour as this is a private tour.

We had excellent pre-arrival communication and driver Herry was at our hotel at 7am for pick up. He was pleasant, safe driver and very responsive to our needs. Prepare for a long day. About 3 hours drive each way plus more if traffic is bad. First quick stop was the waterfall. Nice but not super impressive. Then our driver suggested we spend RM10 on snacks for the kids in a local indigenous village. This was a great stop and the kids were super appreciative. Cameron valley tea stop was busy but worth it. Purchase a ticket for the transport down into the valley. Good photos and nice to sit and have a cup of tea there. Next stop was lunch in the main town. Then we hit major traffic issues and were stuck so we abandoned going any further and headed back to KL. We stopped at a strawberry and bee farm on the way. It wasn’t great. So the summary is that we spent a lot of time in the car ( about 7 hours) and the driver was great but there’s just not really enough to see and do on this tour to make it worth the very long drive.

The driver was cool but I didn't get the point why he decided to skip some spots. So we didnt visit any bee farm, we didnt visit strawberry farm and didnt take a tour in Tea centre with a guide.

Shahrin was our guide and he was 5 stars. It was a Saturday and he knew traffic would get bad. He got us to the top of the mountain early without traffic and worked our way down. There was a backup of nearly 5 km going up as we were going down. Views were spectacular. Wonderful strawberries and tea. His English was good and easy to understand. He went out of is way to find us interesting fruit and vegetables to try. Excellent local lunch. Had a great 5 star day with Shahrin

There was quite a bit of variety on this tour: the waterfall, village, tea plantation, strawberry farms, landscape, etc. (Most importantly, LUNCH!) The drive was roughly 3-4 hours, and it starts fairly early (7 AM for us), so rest up the night before. Our guide, Jeffry, was super patient and accommodating. We had a group of 7, so it took us a minute to get everything together. He was flexible with the schedule/stops though and paced everything pretty well. I believe it was his first time doing this; in spite of this, he was able to give good commentary on all the different stuff we were doing. It started *pouring* on our way back, but he was ready with umbrellas for all of us! We got back at around 6 PM, so plan for this to make up the majority of your day.

Monica and I had a great day with Hery! He was so informative about Malaysia and made us laugh the whole day. He picked us up from our hotel and took us to the main sights in the Cameron highlands. We went to the waterfall, tea plantation, butterfly and insect place and picked strawberries. He found us a delicious stop for lunch and was so hospitable. I would highly recommend.

The trip makes traveling to Cameron Highlands for Kuala Lumpur so easy and exciting. The drive is usually a 4 hour drive but when you have stops in between you are more excited and forget about the time. We had a great driver, Jeffry, that was so accommodating to all of our needs. He picked us up early in the morning and drove to a close by stop for breakfast after we told him we did not have time to eat some. He also drove very carefully, making the drive to the waterfalls not to bad. The roads has a lot of turns which can make you sick. Thank you for our beautiful experience.

The trip was so nice, and the guide Mr. Maron was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had enjoyed the trip and advise any one visiting KL to go to Cameron highland.

So ... the driver was kind. I have been pretty fast on every stop we had. As we only had 2 stops left He repeated that the last destination has a lot of traffic jam. I repeated a few times that I have paid for that. After he pointed it out again and again I said to him he can drive me to the hotel (my hotel was in Cameron highlands). So I repeat myself - he was kind and helpful - but if I pay for something I want to get what I have paid for without having the feeling that the driver don’t want to take the effort. Specially if I have been really fast on every stop. So the trip started at 7:30 (he waited for me 30minutes because I was very slow in the check out - so thank you for that 🙏) but the trip actually stopped at 12:50. 7:30 - 12:30 makes a 5 hour trip instead of 12 hours (-3 the 3hour driving back to KL that I didn’t needed would male 9h that I should have his service) so even if the jam is 1hour - he is way way way under the time I have paid for. Just to let you know I paid over 1000 rm!! For a total of 5hours To be fair I was the person in the end that said „okay drive me to the hotel“ but for the reason I said above - I haven’t paid someone to discuss about the things I have already paid for. Besides of that he was kind and helpful, a lovely person. And was patient waiting for me. So overall I was totally fine how it ended - because I made myself a nice chilled afternoon in the town on my own. But it’s just fair to let this other people know - because this i quiet of a lot money. And I personally wouldn’t recommend it.
