I had a great trip with Wazzer and the driver. Smooth ride on the 3 hours trip to Alexandria and a very knowledgeable guide in Wazzer. Would definitely recommend this trip

We went to Alexandria with the well informed , friendly guide Achmet and with the fast but well controled driver Mohammed .
The visit of the citadel and of the harbor, and of the famous library was most impressive to us , also the green places in Alexandria , also some Roman relicts.
The fish - lunch in a nice restaurant looking to the harbor was appreciated. -
Confortable private van with good and friendly guide.
We visited all the mains attrations in the city and we had a wonderful lunch in restaurant in front of Alexandria bay.
Everything was perfect -
My day in Alexandria was wonderful; it was great to get out of Cairo and see the green fields and date palms. The Library is truly amazing and the visit to the catacombs was very interesting.

We had an excellent driver, Said knew his way around Alexandria and our tour guide Mehtad has vast knowledge of the city.
-
Overall experience was very good. We visited on four sites: the catacombs, an Ottoman fortress national museum, and library. The first is the most interesting and surely worth a visit. Guide was very good.

Driver was good compared to all the other drives we had, but this doesn't mean that I have to tip the driver. The driver is part of the tour I booked. It's not my problem that everyone seems to work with subcontractors.
Lunch was bad and even water wasn't included. We had to tell the guide to stop and let us take pictures. The library is a big let down, paid for by foreign companies/ countries we as tourist still have to pay a hefty price to see how locals have a room to read. We can hardly access anything online. And the interesting parts of the library (copy of rare books and manuscripts) isn't included in the price.

Guide arrived at time , car was comfortable and in good condition . Driver was driving safely most of the time but near the end he became bit casual .
Guide Ashraf Legend was friendly and helpful full . Keen on taking our photos . He was caring in attitude . However he was not very forthcoming for giving information initially but when given the feed back he started giving informations. He went out of the way to help in shopping perfumery on way back to hotel in Cairo . He took us to a perfume shop near Sphinx . -
Waste of time and money. The guide Noni was rude, after first 15 min of the trip, she wanted be on the phone constantly with her fiance, she would leave us at the entrance of tourist places explaining something with strange accent. Let us go on our own. We were told vegetarian food is included, she forced us to go to a place where there was free food for her but 4 pieces of boiled vegetables and french fries for us. We could not eat anything, came back to our hotel 9 hours later hungry due to time limitation and we' were happy to be back in our hotel. Very bad experience. This suppose to be a private tour to Alexandria Egypt, ended up as a disaster..

Guide was good- had to deal with heavy rain and flooding.
At the seafood resturant if you have fish be sure to tell them "fillet" or you will get a complete fish, head, tail, fins and all...
Alexandria looks alot like Cario- not sure if it's worth going to?
