When our guide meet you at the hotel at Ping'an or Dazhai village then we Set off from the village, follow stone steps that form a country lane, taking you to a small mountain. Soon we will see layers and layers of rice fields, as this is one of the largest mountain cultivation sites. The road will take you to different view platforms for great panoramic visions of the generations' of works by the Yao people.
After lunch, hike to Ping'an village, a four-hour trip during which you can fully appreciate the rice paddies and other beautiful landscape along the way.
The hiking route has been well explored and most roads are paved with stones.
When hiking among the rice fields, visitors will meet local people (mostly ethnic people) along the way, and get to see their daily life. Ethnic people have lived in their villages with unique wooden houses for hundreds of years. The ethnic minority villages are also very worth exploring.
This route needs around 5-6 hours. When we reach the village park lot then we take the private car/van back the hotel that we started.
