We had trouble contacting them upon our arrival They said they would pick us up at the dock and we gave them our ship name. They never showed and said we were late but it was due to the difference in ship time vs land time. We said pick us up now and give us the last half of the tour. They said no and would give no refund. They had our ship name so they know when and where these ships dock. They never contacted us to say we are here where are you. We texted numerous times with no response and when we called they were uncooperative and refused our refund. Terrible experience.
Great tour! In two hours, 6 of us in the comfort of an air conditioned vehicle, not only learned about the history of this beautiful island but
Carlos included lots of fun facts too. Highly recommend! (Our group included my 88 year old mom and 3 twenty somethings)
we toured Old San Juan and other areas near there. Our guide was very informative and made a couple of stops so we could go in the old Cathedral and look around to see the area in a little more detail. His vehicle was clean and he gave us some great history of Puerto Rico and San Juan.
Our tour to Old and New San Juan was totally awesome!! We had Carlos a our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about every detail regarding the places we visited. He surpassed our expectations with his willingness to share all he knows about the city of San Juan. We were treated with courtesy and an excellent service!! We’ll recommend him to anybody who is looking to have a blast in a private guided tour!! Thanks Carlos!!
Thank you Carlos for such an amazing tour! Carlos was very nice and personable and has tons of fun and historical facts about the island.
My friends and I really enjoyed Marco. He was very knowledgeable and allowed us to get some really pics
Had a little challenge with connecting with our driver in San Juan, but after we did, the tour was wonderful. We got to see many sights and the inside of two famous hotels, the fort, the churches, the homes of the first governor, etc. The Guide shared many stories of the history, the economy, the citizens and the challenges of the island through the years of numerous hurricanes. Would have loved more time with him and to be able to get into the special sights (timing was late in the day because of when the ship docked). He also dropped us at the top of the touristy section when our tour ended so that we wouldn't have to walk back UP! We only walked down which was wonderful after a long tour!! I had two teenagers with me who wanted souvenirs! Thanks
We booked this tour as an alternative to the excursions offered by our cruise ship and were not disappointed. Our guide, Carlos gave specific instructions on our meeting point at the pier. We had no trouble following his pre instructions. Once we met him and the tour began he showed us many sites around both old and new San Juan that most tours don’t include. His personal narrative of old and modern San Juan history added an amazing personal touch to the tour. We highly recommend this 2 hour tour to anyone who has already toured San Juan in the past and is looking for a different perspective. The only disappointment was we never made it to Piñones as advertised, and no reason was given for the omission. We hoped to actually visit outside of San Juan but didn’t.
Raymond was amazing! We got to see lots of Old San Juan.... Raymond stopped and let us take pictures....couldn’t have enjoyed it more!
Our driver was great and was very knowledgeable. He showed us a great variety of areas. We had a few concerns, first he was an hour late due to a flat tire, although he notified my by email at 1 that morning. The second was that our tour was supposed to be a private tour but we had two other people join our tour. Luckily the couple was nice, and it so happened that we had met them earlier on the ship, it just wasn't what I was expecting.
