Simone was a top notch instructor, very nice, informative, patient and fun! We also enjoyed the sampling of local red wines with Leo after the cooking while we enjoyed the meal we helped create! All around a great experience!

Dante, our chef, was exceptional. He entertained us while teaching his tricks and secrets in making pasta. We made our very own lunch and we’re quite proud of ourselves. Met some wonderful people at the same time.

We did the cooking class followed by a wine tasting and everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and makes everything enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite experiences during our trip to Italy. The grounds of Tenuta are gorgeous - every staff member we interacted with or passed was friendly, gracious and attentive to the needs of their guests. The cooking class was awesome - we learned a lot from chef Dante who was a font of humor, charm and authentic culinary knowledge. We loved getting to eat the delicious tagliatelle he coached us through making. The wine tasting during lunch was one of the most elegant and flavorful experiences I have had at any winery. Our sever was extremely knowledgeable and ensured we tasted at a leisurely pace which paired well with the delicious lunch we were served. We recommended this experience to several other folks we met during our stay in San Gimignano and can't speak highly enough about it! We were especially delighted when the case of wines we ordered during our visit were delivered to our door in California (free shipping!)

Pizza making with Simone was so fun and we learned a lot. Wine-tasting with Leo was awesome - lots of learning and laughter.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. This was a great experience and a memory of a lifetime. We learned a lot about making pasta and the different wines this vineyard has to offer. The grounds were lovely.

Chef Anton made the pasta making experience very fun and the final dishes were delicious! Highly recommend in combination with the wine tasting. An evening we’ll always remember.

Booked this class well in advance. The day before the host sent a txt asking us to take a different class earlier in the day because their was no availability in the late class due to a chef issue. We were not available for that earlier class so I asked for a refund since the class was not going to happen. Host never officially canceled and I am still waiting for a refund.

What an incredible cooking class! Our chef instructor Dante was absolutely amazing. The cooking class gives you a flavor of Italian cooking culture not simply just demonstrating a recipe. We got a true idea of how Italian cooking is deeply rooted in fresh locally available ingredients. After making several dishes with the friendly and informative Chef Dante we got to enjoy our food. We also had an excellent wine tasting experience. There are a lot of options for cooking classes in Italy and this one really hit the mark!

Our pasta class with Antonio was so much fun, we learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle and pici after Antonio took our pasta to the kitchen and turned it into the most delicious dishes ever
