Stay away. I made an online reservation for a private tour. Two days before the tour the Company charged my credit card for the cost of the tour (48 hours before the tour is its policy to charge the fee). The very next day, 24 hours before the tour, it cancelled as it stated its only tour guide could not provide the tour due to personal reasons. The Company offered to provide the tour the following day but our itinerary was already set. I requested a refund and have yet to receive it, nor any communications that it would be refunded.

Cosmo was great. Knows the area and took me to places I otherwise wouldn't have come close to seeing.

The food tour with Matteo was amazing! He is a funny guy, speaks a good English and knows a lot about his Hometown Hongkong and can show you the best places to get extraordinary food. Beginning with (the brain of a ) pigeon, ending with Snake-soup and a lot of delicious food in between. We enjoyed everything. He prepared a great foodtour in his mind for us, but don’t hesitate to tell him your secret wishes about food, he makes them all come true. We had such a good time with him and a delicious and extraordinary food-experience!!! Thanks!!!! So we really really can recommend a tour with Matteo.

We had a mid flight schedule change which meant that we could not make the scheduled tour on time. Since the surprise change occurred within 24 hours of the tour we were refused a $300 refund for a cancellation that was not our fault.

Spent a lovely 3 hours with Cosmo on the food tasting tour of HK, he took us to some places that we most definitely wouldn’t have ventured into otherwise. Also he took us for a ride on the tram and went up the escalators to mid levels and a tour ofthe old prison. Would definitely book Cosmo again.

Good tour with Cosmo who managed to fit a lot in on 3 hours, good to see and visit a lot of eateries we would generally not try

This was an excellent tour! The guide was knowledgeable and gave great insight to the culture and food that we were tasting.

Would be great with more discussion about the food, cooking and ingredients, but this is really just a stop at 2 restaurants and a couple of side vendors with little said about them, or structure to the tour. No markets etc. Our guide seemed nice but wasn't wild about the food or content of the tour. If uou had literally no idea about Chinese food this may be worth it otherwise you could do better alone.

This was an awesome tour. Food was amazing. The Tea Room was the highlight for us. Food and experience was so much fun and Yummy. We saw places we would never have found on our own. Walking the streets and chatting like old friends. Little surprises around every corner. This Tour is a must. Well worth every cent. Thank you so much for a wonderful day out.

Our tour guide Matteo was rude from start to finish. He was not at the meeting place listed on Viator and we had to pay for my internet pass to call him to track him down. He said he was there but clearly he was not as we were standing in the same place the whole time. He never let us know what we were doing, what was next or really much information. When we would ask questions, he acted as though it was a stupid question and appeared annoyed. He made comments such as “ I am surprised you don’t know that having lived in China” or” I have already told you that”. He was not a local guide. He was from Italy and had a very thick accent and was very hard to hear. Instead of asking a local the questions I would ask, he would just answered with “ I don’t know”. He was negative about the country, his job and the company. It was very uncomfortable to be around him. He scolded us at the last stop because we didn’t finish our soup. It was extremely inappropriate to guilt and shame us for not finishing, stating we “should have not ordered it if we were not going to eat it all”. He ended the tour with saying “ now don’t forget that I was on time, you were early so you did not wait for me for a half an hour because you were early”.
