This was such a great experience. We really had a personal look at the Hunter Valley wineries. We had an experience we wouldn't have had in a large group. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helped us better educate ourselves with wine. The day started off with some great champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. From there we discussed what types of wine we liked and were interested in trying. We were taken to off the beaten path wineries that were smaller and had great wines that we liked. At each vineyard we were given tastings where our guide explained to us how to really taste the wine and bring out the unique flavors for each one. By the end of the day we were able to describe the wines back to our guide with great detail. If you really like wine and want a wonderful personalized tour with an amazing guide who will help you understand more in depth the intricate flavors of different wines, while also feeling like a king or queen for the day, you should definitely take this tour!!
