The Hotel Monteleone, one of several accredited Literary Landmarks in the Vieux Carre, is our departure point. The tour meanders past others such as the Napoleon House, the Upper Pontalba, the Faulkner House, the Williams House and the Beauregard-Keyes Mansion, ending at Antoine's Restaurant two hours later.

We start in the lobby of the South's only literary landmark hotel, the fabulous Monteleone. We visit the cocktail haunts of famous writers like Capote, Tennessee, Hemingway, and Eudora Welty!
Cocktails are available in the Carousel Lounge and along our carefully-chosen route through the beautiful French Quarter! Yes, you can have a drink!
We will visit the past homes and haunts of Faulkner, Williams, Capote, Rebecca Wells, John Berendt, and so many others. Stop in at the classic Napoleon House and the spectacular 175-year old Antoine's Restaurant, both favorites of the renown Dixie Bohemia!
