The first pickup in Central London on selected cruise arrival days will start from 10:30am and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11:30am.

As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels

The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Service from the cruise terminal is available from 7:30am on selected cruise arrival days. With the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15am

If you are flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow Airport Hotel, you will be dropped off at approximately 9:30am. For London airport hotels you will be dropped at approximately 11:30am.

    Very easy hotel doorstep to hotel doorstep transfer. Driver was on time and very courteous. Vehicle was newer and very clean.

    Was picked up early from my hotel and shared a ride. What we both didn't realize that we would be shuffled half way across London and was asked to disembark our vehicle with our luggage in a drive way of another hotel and wait an additional 45 minutes to be picked up by another driver. This is not what I thought I was paying for when I signed up with your company.

    Transfer went smoothly. Driver was professional and courteous. Recommend for getting to Southampton.

    Biggest problem was that there were markings on the bus to indicate EC Minibus. Add to that the lack of WIFI service. I was lucky to find the bus.

    When shuttle was due at our accommodation, we received a phone call to say shuttle was full and a car would instead arrive within next 7 - 8 minutes to transport us to Southampton. A small car arrived on time. Driver was very helpful, but vehicle was untidy(obviously a family car) and driving at times a bit unnerving. Disappointing considering that booking made quite some months prior to pickup.

    Arrived off of TransAtlantic cruise on Celebrity Silhouette on April 28th and was very impressed how the port processed all the departing passenger so smoothly and those working there were very friendly and helpful if you needed assistance or required information

    The driver was about 30 minutes late so I had to call to make sure that they hadn't forgot us. The driver said he was late due to the traffic and the company should have called me. This was my only complaint, otherwise he got us to the ship in plenty of time.
