Traveler Reviews

I wish I could be more positive in my review but I cannot recommend this activity. Sayuki was 90 minutes late and arrived clothed in a dress as opposed to the expected kimono. No special makeup was applied, either. Sayuki told us that she forgot to update her availability on Viator as she gives lectures at a local university and was on her way to a doctor appointment. (We were squeezed in between) The slide show was PowerPoint presentations, which is perfectly acceptable, but it showed us what could have been. I do not recall seeing any slides on how she became a Geisha. After our two hours, time's up - gotta go. Lucky for us, her assistant, Jona (not a typo) provided insights and gave personality to what could rightfully be called a drab, forgettable moment. Not Recommended.
