Very disappointing “tour” for the price - a complete rip off. We booked this tour through Viator for 6 people at $125/person, expecting a professional and well organized experience, BUT: A. We were picked up in an old, uncomfortable van with no shocks so we felt every bump. B. Majority of time was spent in traffic, so little time at the actual tour sites. C. Driver was pretty much just a driver-not a tour guide. D. The museums were PACKED with school children so made it impossible to see exhibits or hear the docents. E. We were taken to two very gimmicky tourist places (including a so-so lunch place) to kill time. F. One of the sites was closed, so we were asked for an alternative place. We chose the Giraffe Center and was told only just before we got there that we would need to pay an additional $10 per person! An additional upcharge of $60! G. Here is the ultimate kicker: this tour is only $65/person for a group of 6 on their website! When I pointed this out that we paid TWICE per person, “Perfect” Adventure told us to take it up with Viator. I contacted Viator and learned the company is still receiving $100 per person after the Viator fee. This company has terrible customer service on top of a bad tour!

Paul and Faith made this experience a wonderful day. They were knowledgeable and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. We enjoyed the museum, the embassy memorial, and the view from the KICC. Even lunch was a lot of fun.

This was my first time to Africa and Paul from Perfect Wilderness tours provided us with the warmest of welcomes exuding genuine hospitality! He was patiently waiting for us at Nairobi airport and drove us to our hotel via Nairobi city Center on our night of arrival - he was very informative on the drive, pointing out notable buildings and telling us all about the history of Nairobi and Kenya. The next morning, he was perfectly on time to take us to the Giraffe Sanctuary, Elephant Orphanage and Carnivore restaurant for lunch. On the way back to the hotel, he graciously stopped at a supermarket for us to buy some supplies and even accompanied us whilst we did this, such 5 star service over and above his job description! Thank you so much for a wonderful introduction to Africa Paul, we are so grateful to you!

My tour of the city was great highlighted by a tour of the Nairobi Museum. My tour guide Susan was excellent and deserves 75stars for her knowledge and history of the city...

A cautionary tale - We haven't been on this tour yet, and we are eager to do so but in reserving this tour, we paid via credit card with Perfect Wilderness using a 3rd party to handle the payment online. A few days later we discovered that the credit card with which we booked our tours had racked up over $5K in fraudulent charges! It's been a headache to sort out and thankfully, this is a little-used card. Do note that it does not appear to be fault in any way of the tour company. We look forward to the tour itself.

Our first day in Nairobi, we only had 1 day, before departure for our big safari. So we contacted Wilderness Safari, if they could arrange a very long day, where we could see ""EVERYTHING"". So we saw Giraffe Center, Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen, Bomas of Kenya, Bead Factory, and Carnivore for dinner. Thanks to Dennis for making it such a great day! and Beatrice for being fast and friendly on the mails. Thanks from Denmark.

We used these people for a customized tour of 3 locations in Nairobi (giraffes, elephants and Carnivore Restaurant and then bringing us to the airport. Our driver was knowledgeable and nice, the places we saw were interesting. The company was so accommodating that when we changed to a slightly shorter tour they even refunded part of our fee which had been paid in advance. i was impressed all around which is hard to do as we travel a lot and have pretty high bars.
