18:00: You will be picked up from your hotel in Negombo by TukTuk and driven to the starting point of the boat tour.
18:30: You will start your 2 hours boat tour with your guide in Negombo Lagoon. Marsh birds and shorebirds are significantly more abundant at night. Spoonbills, skimmers, ibises, dabbling ducks, and several species of shorebirds should profit by foraging only at night and resting during the day. On the other hand, despite limited night time visual capacity, some sight-feeding species like night herons, plovers may take advantage of increased prey availability at night, at least on moonlit nights.
20:45: Leave the lagoon and proceed back to your hotel.
21:15: Arrive at your hotel.
