We did not see anyone waiting for us upon arrival as was indicated when we arranged. We had to wait 40 min + after calling to find out where our driver was. Just entering the country our phones didn't work yet so we had to go to information to have them call for us.

This transportation was very easy to use! Fit all out luggage and 8 passengers. Driver was nice and helped with luggage.

When we got out at the airport we did see our name posted on the wall but no representative. We walked out if the terminal and then came back. We had to ask around from other reps and then they guided us. Other than that the car, the driver and the ride was great.

Outstanding! Picked us up at the airport and was there holding a sign with our name, right on time. When leaving the hotel the driver was right on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

We booked two vans for our arrival to Lisbon for 3 adults and 13 students. They were waiting for us after we picked up our luggage and within minutes we were seated in a comfortable and clean van heading towards central Lisbon. The driver in my van gave us really helpful tips on things to do, and the best ways to see the city. Great value and way to start our trip, I definitely recommend them.

This was a great value in my opinion only a few Euros more that the Metro. After a long overnight flight, this made the arrival to Lisbon for our large group, easy, comfortable and convenient. Although we will rely upon the public transportation system throughout our visit in Lisbon, with the private transfer, we did not have to travel up and down stairs with all of our luggage, board slightly crowded trains and then walk through the streets with our luggage...plus we arrived at our hotel much quicker. The van was extremely clean and the driver was very friendly.
