Meet at the check in desk at Outside Sports, which is located on Shotover Street. From here your guide will take you to the equipment store in preparation for your full-day adventure. After checking in and getting kitted up, you'll be taken to your chosen activity.

Rock Climbing and Abseiling: rock climbing and abseiling are great inclusive and fun experiences for families. It's the perfect way to enjoy a social activity together while ensuring that everyone gets a challenge. All of therock climbing sites have multiple climbs of various grades, meaning that no matter what your individual family members would like, the challenge will be just right for everyone. Your guide will teach the basics on how to control the ropes for each other (belay) so that everyone is involved the entire time.

Alpine Guided Short Walks: The remarkables mountain range is arguably one of the most iconic in New Zealand. Alpine guided walks are accessible, off the beaten track (no signs, paths, or people),and tailored to your fitness level.This iconic mountain range is featured as the backdrop formany Lord of the Rings scenes. On your hike, you'll experience mile high views over the Queensotwn and Lake wakatipu basin. At the same time, your guide will provide an in depth interpretation of the local flora and fauna, history, and local legends. It is a truly exhilarating and authentic way to experience the remote treasures of this alpine paradise.

Alpine Guided Snowshoeing: try your hand at snowshoeing and see for yourself the impressive views around The remarkables range.Your guide will take you on an Alpine snowy adventure along the iconic Remarkables ridge; with incredible views, in a real alpine environment, away from the crowds of skiers and boarders.
