Mohamed Abd el Aziz, many thanks for his outstanding guide during our week in Cairo. His knowledge and passion gave us lots of historical references by explaining in great detail about the Pharaohs, queens, gods, tombs, manuscripts and all.

Absolutely spectacular experience with Egypt Tours Online! Our guide, Osama, has over 10 years of experience, and he was absolutely incredible! He took great care of my friend and I for two days! We had a short, but flexible schedule, so we rescheduled for a few ours later than our actual start time - and he and the tour company very easily worked with us on the changes. We started out with an expert guided tour with him at the Egyptian Museum - which was right across the street from our hotel. He helped us get our tickets with options to be able to photograph while in the museum everything except the King Tut and Mummy exhibits, and go to the Mummy Room for additional charges - definitely do this!, and then escorted us inside. He was so knowledgeable of Egyptian history and easily answered our questions! Of note, a new Egyptian Museum site is being constructed right near the Pyramids in Giza!

He then took us over to the Pyramids - absolutely spectacular! He took us to all of the sites and took awesome photos for us READ: leaning on the Pyramid pose, kissing the pyramids, etc. He escorted us around to the Sphinx as well. The best part about having an awesome guide for these experiences is not having to navigate with too many aggressive vendors which you will encounter, given that the economy is heavily reliant on tourism.

Given that we were beginning our trip on a Friday, which is an Islamic day of rest, many of the Khan El Khalili vendors were closed on that day. Instead, he arranged with us for a later after Noon pickup to allow us some time to rest in the AM before heading out. The best part? He took us straight to the vendors who would give us a great deal on trinkets! I wanted to buy scarves for my mother, and he escorted us to another amazing vendor with GREAT prices. It was unreal! He then allowed us to stop and look where we wanted to for additional items/browsing. You absolutely CANNOT leave Egypt without visiting this huge souq and getting some bargaining in! Highly recommended tour - and ask for Osama!

Marwan our tour guide was absolutely amazing. Very polite, fantastic English and so incredibly knowledgable and passionate. There was flexibility in our personal tour where we stopped at a papyrus shop which was great to do some shopping. By the end of the day when it came to the time in the museum we were depleted of energy, and Marwan picked up on this, asked us what we specifically wanted to see and then adjusted the tour to this. We were exhausted by the end of the day, but in a great way. So many amazing sights, and great company to be with. Prompt pick up and Marwan even advised us before we left hotel to make sure we had enough cash on us for all additional entrance fees should we want to do them so this was appreciated so that we didn't turn up without enough money. Great guide and truly was the highlight of our trip.

We were so lucky to have Emy as our tour guide. She was very professional and knowledgeable about all the locations we visited. But we loved her so much that we booked our next day tours with Emy too. She took all of our pictures in different poses while also using neat little camera tricks. Thanks to her I have the best pictures in Cairo and my hubby was happy he didn’t have to take my pics. The restaurants that she recommended were excellent. She even brought us falafel sandwiches that I liked the day before for our breakfast. Our lunch was so delicious with a view of the pyramids. The flatbread place she recommended was amazing. She even went out of her way to take me to a jewelry shop so I could get my own personalized cartouche necklace. I will highly recommend Emy any day for anyone visiting Cairo with her personal touch.
