We enjoyed this tour as we had a good guide who kept us informed about things but the tour was not too much about pure history. Visit to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum was probably the highlight along with the water puppet show. Had a good walk around old quarter (no rickshaw) but walking was a better way to do it,

Guide and driver arrived at our hotel on time. Guide's English was good and he was very pleasant. The day was most interesting and we came away with a 'real feel' for Hanoi.
