Great full day trip to Fatima, Batalha, Nazare and Obidos. Our tour guide Tomás was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be with. He was also an excellent driver! It was so nice to be picked up at our apartment and taken into the countryside beyond Lisbon, so able to see much more of beautiful Portugal.

For the cost of this tour, I thought I was getting a guided tour. This really was just a hired driver. Yes, our driver was historically knowledgeable but he just dropped us off at different sites instead of walking us through the sites with commentary. He also commented several times that he rarely did this tour so it’s not like we even got someone who knew the ins and outs. The sites are interesting and beautiful but if you’re looking for a guided tour, this is not it. It is private however.

I booked this private tour for myself and my parents who were visiting Portugal for the first time. It was such a great, easy, and relaxing way to see different parts of Portugal beyond Lisbon. We got super lucky with our guide, Ruben, who had a background in art history & preservation - we learned so much from him and super enjoyed our day driving around. Nice to not have to worry about driving, parking, etc.
-
It was one of the best tours we did in Portugal, the guide Ruben was very kind with us, punctual and he did everything described in the tour, he also told us several interesting stories of the places we visited. It was definitely an unforgettable experience worth doing, we will definitely do it again. Olga y Miguel

Tomas was a guide/driver and he is very knowledgeable on the history of Portugal. Tomas provided a perfect day on our visit to Fatimal, Obidos, Bathala and Nazare. When we return to Lisbon we will definitely use Wonder Van and Tomas again. Highly recommend Wonder Van.

This was truly a MUST experience. From the moment our private tour guide, Tomas picked us up at our accommodation, he engaged us in informative and fun conversations all the way to our first stop Fatima. We learnt so much about Portugal just from him, very thankful for all the invaluable insights and history! Fatima was a personal and sacred experience, we all felt some kind of a spiritual connection just by being present. We then had a quick stop at Batalha, lunch at some awesome, busy seafood spot in Nazere (I can't believe how large - and delicious servings are in Portugal!), photos and then Obidos before heading back to Lisbon. Incidentally, Obidos has got to be one of the most instagrammable spots in the world! We were a group of 7 - our family of 5 including 2 teens and a 10 year old, and my parents, one in a (foldable) wheelchair. Tomas was very attentive to all our needs and with him looking after us all day, we felt safe and in no way rushed covering all those places. We were back in Lisbon by 6.20pm. It was a great day, thank you Tomas, and thank you, Wondervan. I truly recommend this experience, and Tomas to visitors of Lisbon and Portugal.

Alex our tour guide was great - very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the trip to Fatima, Batalha, Nazare and Obidos. Going on a weekday in November also meant that the sites were not crowded which was nice.
